I think the only person who should care is the person using it. I find that someone else's opinion on what makes an individual happy is kind of superfluous.

I vape 18650 mods just for the charge life. If there was an eGo sized mod that would last most of the day on a charge, I'd vape it. Charge density just goes with big batts these days. The future may hold some improvements.
I don't see that many people vaping when I'm out. Now that there's a Stormy's Vapor Cellar B&M in town I run into lots of vapers AT the store. They must be in stealth mode at the grocery store and Walmart. I seem to be the only one with a mod.
Chicks with Provaris wouldn't turn me off at all. I get it. Who wants to have to run back to the car for a battery swap?

90% of the time I am Rocking a REO Grand with a coil I wrapped myself. WHat I carry in public however entirely depends on weather or not I am driving. My Tiny hands dictate that I cannot carry anything much larger than an ego Battery and drive. I curse the day they made steering wheels so much thicker than they used to be.
The device is unimportant, just fine me a woman who vapes! That would be so cool. Yes, I am being a male chauvinist pig by also saying that it would be so hot.
It would also lead to true harmony in a relationship. No more arguments about her watching "Dancing with the Stars" when I want to watch the Golf Channel, money (like me buying another driver-another one!!! or her buying two handbags-two because she cannot decide which one she likes better). Of course, let's not forget the obnoxious in-laws on both sides. Never being honest about them had always been a bone of contention, because I can not stand my own relatives let alone hers.
Now we have more important things to do and discuss: blinging her ProVari (I am kind of a naked MVP guy), Genesis vs. BC's, what flavors should we order next or mods or RBA's. It becomes a race at times to see you gets to the kitchen counter first when we want to play mad scientist. When we discuss remodeling the house, it's with the practical solution of how to store all the vaping junk-I mean paraphernalia-we have both accumulated.
Just think how erotic it would be to see her clothed in nothing by plumes of vapor lightly scented with attar of roses or jasmine or bacon and eggs (well, maybe not)!!!!! Just think of the money we would save on Victoria Secret of Fredrick's stuff.
A woman who vapes would be perfect for me. It would also help if she were sane, sexy, smart, single, and spontaneous. That's a lot of S's, and I am having trouble finding one who gets past the first S.

I think its awesome to see a female with a nice mod or mechanical and then notice they wrapped their own coils in some really cool looking atty.
Watching someone like Karen Hsu whipping up dual coil genesis is very encouraging and proof this is far from a mans world.

For me, I think a woman carrying a mod that fits her hand and appearance is best. For example, a nicely dressed, high maintenance type of woman carrying around a blinged out Pink eGo Twist attached to her Louis Vuitton bag is as "proper" as a woman in cowboy boots and jeans carrying around a Provari Zombie mod. Maybe it's just me, but I think it really depends on the woman and how she carries herself.
As for the etiquette piece of the question, again, I think that would depend entirely upon the woman in question and the situation you see her in (fine dining, at a nightclub, at a dive bar, at a rodeo, at a football game, etc.).
