If he isn't happy with V.G. then stay with the P.G. and add a couple drops of Glycerin to the juice. It will improve the vapor production. You can find glycerin at any drug store some grocery stores or wal-mart. Look in the hand lotion area and make sure it says USP on the label.
Don't over the glycerin as it is flavorless and too much dilutes the flavor. V.G. e-juice will do the same thing when added to P.G.
Nic doesn't have anything to do with the vapor production.

Iowa, I've never found that nice levels drastically affect taste or vapor after some initial adjustment. If anything, lower nic levels taste a bit more flavorful to me without the nic kick.

But yeah, VG's definitely an option. I haven't yet tried V4L's new line, but I suspect the flavs are great. VG juices have made big strides in terms of flav during the past year. They're becoming quite popular based on the now purer flavs and traditionally huge vapor, both of which appeal to me. Even the TH has improved although it may still be lighter. I wouldn't know for sure since I'm a VG alien.

I have every reason to believe the V4L crew's positive early reviews of the new VG, and I'll be interested to hear what others think. Might be worth a try if your bro needs bigger clouds. :2cool:
