In my experience it did. I found that once I dropped the nic the flavor was perhaps a bit less pronounced.
^^ This. Depending on the flavor, the base, and the quality of the nicotine (it's been argued that cheaper nicotine creates a "peppery" flavor) raising the nicotine level will change the overall flavor profile - sometimes for the better, sometimes not.
Also keep in mind that jumping up a nic level may produce a throat hit you don't particularly enjoy, causing you to turn the power down - which can also decrease flavor.

True story. When I first started vaping, Caramel Tobacco by Bluemist Vaping was my holy grail juice. I think I was somewhere around 12mg. When I worked my way down to 3mg I reordered my coveted 120ml bottle of Caramel Tobacco. Not only was it a totally different color (at 12mg it was a lovely caramel brown. At 3mg it was a yellowish clear and it tasted nothing like my holy grail juice. Don't get me wrong, this was not a bad juice overall, so it wasn't a quality issue. It was simply that I had become accustomed to a particular flavor and at a fraction of the nicotine level I had been vaping before it was highly discernible.

But, like most things, you do get used to the change.

The more nicotine, the harder the throat hit. Which also makes more flavor. 0MG juice, usually has a good taste, but it feel lightly and sleek on the inhale and exhale with decent flavor, im just not a fan of it.

I totally agree. I can't do 0 mg juice because it changes the taste for me. I do 3mg and for me it adds just enough nicotine to enhance the flavors. 0 nic just doesn't do anything for me taste wise.
