I had placed an order on fasttech on 9/14/2014. Its just an Origen rda and a VAMO V6. It doesn't contain any battery. I had chosen EMS, which supposedly delivers packages within 4-8 days, costs $33.50. 17track - Track Global Postal
Just look at the tracking, it is a never ending cycle. Shenzhen to Guangzhou, Guangzhou to Shenzhen.

I've been contacting fasttech regarding this, and told them that this tracking doesn't make sense to me and I feel something is wrong, but they assured me it will be delivered in a few days. Today, I see it is delivered not to me, but fasttech. Now, people will say, fasttech ships slow and stuff, but I think they must have missed putting some stamp etc on my package, otherwise why will the Chinese Customs will return the package to them. Has it ever happened with anyone here?
I've asked them for whose fault is this and also asked them that the shipping amount should be refunded back to my account.

Hufff, this is so tormenting.

Seems whacked to me. I placed an order for a couple things on 9/16 and it should be delivered today. I also had an order with them on 9/10 and it arrived 9/29. I am the states not India, so I can not say about normal shipping time to you, but going back and forth seems like there is an error for sure.

I can only see the EMS label. Don't know exactly they missed here. Maybe fasttech got angry with Indians. Recently, when the Chinese Premier Xi Jinping came to India to meet Modi, a government tv channel reporter called him "11 Jinping". lol :p :D

Well, if you can see the tracking, on 30th the package was sent to EMS, then on 2nd it was to be sent to Mumbai, India. But, it didn't happen. Now, they have the package, and now they'll ship again after 1 or 2 days. I just hope this time the same stuff doesn't happen.

I have an order sent out 9/27 that's been in Shenzhen since 9/28. It's just sitting there... chillin'. It's not really 'late' so I'm not too concerned about it, just wondering why it isn't going anywhere :(
That doesn't sound right. I had a package that was shipped on 9/29 using USPS, and it reached the states (but not my home) 3 days ago. I did read that mail was backed up before that due to the Hong Kong protests.

It did happen technically. First they said it was Chinese customs, then they told me it was Indian customs. They also told me since I should have known my country's laws relating to the products I've imported, the shipping expenses cannot be refunded. I was furious over this, there's no chance in hell that Indian customs would do that, they ask for an explanation if they think the package contains restricted products. Then I contacted Indian customs right away, and they checked the details for me and told me that it didn't arrive in India at all. The tracking details also confirmed that, they only showed it was put in a package in China to be dispatched to India but it never did. I then presented all these facts to them, and they asked for some time, and today they confirmed it was their local Chinese customs who sent the package back to them and asked me If I would like a complete refund or reshipment of the package. I went for reshipment and asked them if they got any info on why would Chinese customs do that. They said they might have thought it to be a battery and asked me once again should they go ahead with reshipment. I said yeah go ahead. It doesn't bother me as long as their customs reject it and not mine. Fasttech would bear the shipping expenses, not me as they should know about their stupid customs, and should convince them APV's are not batteries. Anyways, I don't think mine was the first APV that went through Chinese customs. So, I am hopeful this time I'll receive it.
