Big tobacco wants that, to eliminate competition.
Big Pharma wants that, to reduce effectiveness, and maybe Big tobacco too.

Big Government wants that, for many reasons...

--To make taxation easier
--To protect the rug rats (to appease the ANTZ)

Well, some people might consider a lower mg/ml nicotine content as a "safer" e-cigarette, and you're not allowed to give that perception, so all e-cigarettes will be formulated with the same nicotine content, 54mg/ml.

That's why they did away with the "light" and "ultra light" designations on cigarettes.

True. I believe Dr f. stated one time that the higher nic may cut back on the amount of time vaping. I know when I use 18 MG liquid I vape much less than my usual 7ish. I still would rather be vaping than smoking. I would rather have 3 chemical in my body than 6000. I mainly vape unflavored.

well, higher nic doesn't necessarily mean you'll vape less. There are a lot of variable, which is why I think keeping all options available is important.

I'm not very sure about the >6000 chemicals argument. It still depends on the quantities of said substances not their number. I mean I could kill myself with just 1 pure "generally regarded as safe" substance - distilled water.

Yep. 12-15mg for me, medium wattage, not quite low enough to qualify as a tootle-puffer, but strictly MTl, and there's a reason the 'l' is lower-case. If there are risks associated with vaping, it seems only logical that DL cloud chasing a much larger quantity of lower-nic juice would just multiply them.

And I don't Believe that the FDA Has the Legal Authority to Regulate/Restrict these Products if they are Not Marketed to be Used with a Tobacco Product. Or if they are Not Sold in a "Kit" that Contains a Tobacco Product.

They can't.

Unless the sign above the threshold to the establishment explicitly denotes the point of the establishment as e-cig related.

It's used in the production of some illegal substance. The last time I bought Sudafed, years ago, I had to show an ID and sign a register. I no longer have allergies, so I haven't kept up with any new rules, but I think there's a limit on how much you can buy per month.

I also had to show an ID proving I was over 18 (or 21?) to buy a can of spray paint at the hardware store once.

I'm not too worried about vaping hardware. I think e-liquid is the choke point "they" will be attacking.

Sudafed is for congestion, not allergies. It's not hard to buy, you just have to stand in a line behind people who can't make up their minds, don't know what they want, don't speak English, and are paying in exact change with pennies. In short, it's a hassle -- but still possible. Since I'm NOT making illegal drugs with it, I buy it when I need it, as much as I need -- which must be a hell of a lot less than would be needed to make illegal drugs, because I take a good bit of it, for my stupid nose.
