Yes, I have read them. I think many have not and don't understand the difference between them and the BT proposals, hence why so many think vaping as we know it is over...
Good for vendors, I guess...
Or maybe it's because we don't use BT products and plan on moving to Prague to escape the regulations.

I'll carry his bags... and try to make sure they don't get misdirected like he does with topics.
Angry letters and postings on forums won't prevent regulation. Many also believe it is about money, so unless one has more money than the 'other side' nothing will prevent regulations. I know it is hard to believe, but the FDA has many other projects and vaping isn't as big as many seem to believe... They will be directed to do enough to appease the left for now...
and it's not just at the federal level that we have to keep fighting I have been sending emails constantly to all of the Ohio reps because they are pushing hard to tax the living heck out of ecig/liquid. Sure... thank god the insane taxation the governor tried to push through got shot down but there are many more stepping right up trying to get a tax bill put through.
Unfortunately they have Internet in Prague too. The only appeasement is that he's going to get regulated there too:

I've seen it suggested that local regulations never get passed, and when they do they're never really that bad, so it's not really something to worry about. I've also seen the same person post, after horrible local regulations are passed, that it's their own fault because not enough people did anything about it. There's a reason why I mostly choose not to interact with some people. It tends to take away from the topic at hand.
