that making a high quality product hurts long term sales/profit? Making a product that last long enough to satisfy a consumers thought of a products monetary worth is the only way to make a consumer feel they have gotten their money's worth and at the same time brings them back for another purchase? Also, customer support and service is time consuming and expensive. Just make the customer feel they are getting great support and service without actually doing it.
"Built to last" isn't the American way anymore.

/end sarcasm rant :p

And some of us wind up buying GLVs for those we want off cigs. My lil sis isn't a tech geek, like me. She wants good, reliable, easy, cute and convenient. She didn't know enough about PVs to know that what she wanted was a GLV2 Mini, so I got one for her. As soon as she got it in her hand and took her first drag, it became welded to her and she didn't put it down. It does exactly what she wants, and doesn't give her a long list features she doesn't need, want, or care about. She told me it fits perfectly in her hand, she loves where the button is, and she loves the vapor and flavor she's getting from her cartos. That's all she wants, and that's exactly what this gives to her. It's a match made in heaven.

@keyzygirl - Yes, its very true. My buddy is still rocking his GLV and its been to hell and back more than once. The durability is what sold me.

@smokum and ScottinSoCal -
I was gonna order 2 GLV2s this tax season, one for me and one for a friend. I heard about the GLV from a buddy who bought one sometime ago. I've even talked to Jay about buying one this past Nov. But, I was hit with a big tuition that I had to pay out of pocket this semester. That put a hold on getting one.
I'm very happy to have won. Thanks for the congrats.
