I tend to look at it a different way. I smoked 47 years and am quite healthy I take no meds and cook food the old fashioned way from scratch. Fast food is not a mainstay although I partake occasionally. Most of the people I knpw have meds up the wazoo because their DR told them it was needed and they are afraid to do anything different. Niicotine is in tomatoes and eggplant and quite a few other vegies. i really think most natural products are more beneficial than the Frankenstein meds advertsised on TV of which death is just one side effect. I really have no desire to eliminate nicotine from my diet at this point. Now the combustion aspect is a different story.

After having been on 0 nic for quite a while, I am quite happy with 3 mg.

As for those who think that sub-ohm is a way to reduce nic intake-- I guess they have the right to believe that way.

More vapor is what works for me... sub ohm? I'm not crazy about the idea but I'm willing to try in time since I won't need to spend extra cash to find out if it works for me or not. I'd prefer to use a higher nic juice than vape twice as much juice.

At my age being born in BC now has two meanings
I could go waaaay off topic at this point, but let's behave ourselves.

Vaping with a cup of coffee in the morning can be a touch of heaven, if only I didn't have a headache. My vamo is not behaving itself. I just put in a circuit board spacer, and they are now making contact.

I started out on 18mg/ml e-liquid and was consuming around 3ml a day, that's 54mg of nicotine. Using those little i-clear 16 clearomizers.

I now use 6mg/ml e-liquid and consume 5ml a day, that's 30mg of nicotine. Using the genesis or drip atomizers.

Generally I don't have time to vape much more than that 5ml a day, so at this point a drop in nicotine level will have a higher impact on my total nicotine intake.

As for wanting to eliminate nicotine from my life, no not to the extent that I want it completely excluded. I just want it to be more like the way I choose to drink alcohol where I am not ingesting it with every drink I take. I'd very much like to partake of my nicotine perhaps in the evening when I'm winding down for the day, not attempting to maintain a regular flow of it throughout the day.

The first part of my July orders arrived. Ho hum. Ten 30 ml bottles and a graduated cylinder. I am eagerly awaiting my Inawera order, but I forgot to add package tracking. Bergamot, Spicy Biscuit, Tobacco Symphony, Black Tea, Desert Voyager, Cherries, and Wild Rose. I am going to have fun with this! I may end up being happy until the end of August.

Spent $10.99 on 500' of 100% rayon cellucotton for wicking material, that setsme up for the next 10 years if I rewick every day (I don't).

This effectively reduces my $1.00 a day budget by $0.003010959, it's going to be rough going for a while.

A rationalization if I ever saw one. On the other hand, you could make your money back and more if you went under-the-table (so to speak) and spread the benefits a bit wider.

I could buy more 48%mg and bottles to go with it, but would rather wait until the end of the year-- a gamble if the price skyrockets by then, but I takes me chances. OTOH------thinking about the stockpilers-----

120 ml at 48mg lasts ME for a year. No need to order it until I am nearly out. I got a message yesterday from their customer service saying that for best results, re-bottle it in quantities small enough to last for two weeks. So I freed up six of their eight ml vials, filled them just as full as I could get them, and put them in the freezer. If it takes a year to use up, I need to take measures that 3mg/ml off the top is still 3 mg/ml at the end. As for their flavorings, I find that there are several that I need at least four a year. I would rather go to sources that sell more concentrated stuff.

I get my pg and vg from other sources, in local stores.

I don't think I have ever gotten over $20 for an order.
