Long time lurker - first time poster. I started vaping about three weeks ago, bought a Greensmoke and Vape4Life 808 - dropped the Greensmoke because Vape4Life was just awesome and so much cheaper.

Anyway, quick question. Im at about 3 weeks without having an analog, im getting shortness of breath like crazy, some weezing, and coughing. Ive done some research online and this seems to be a normal occurance of cigarette quitters. Did this happen to anyone else and how long did it last for - I am having trouble vaping under these conditions, any comment/concern would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Ubermensch....welcome! So yes, I went through what I would consider withdrawls about the same time 3-4 weeks after I quit the analogs. I had the same symptoms plus some flu like stuff, dizziness, lack of focus, and some aggitation too. It lasted for a couple of weeks but everyone's experience is different. My husband only had anxiety and it lasted for about a month. Some folks haven't had any symptoms at all. If it is something that is causing you a lot of concern...it might be a good idea to visit with your physician. But its pretty normal to go through these changes as your body detoxes. Here is a thread with good information regarding withdrawl symptoms. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...hen-quitting-tobacco-changing-ecigarette.html
I hope this helps. And congratulations on being smoke free! Its been over 4 months for me....and it does get easier...way easier! :)
