Received an order today and my only complaint is I ordered blank cartos in black. They sent me faux filter colored ones with a note saying black was out. These things are ....-ugly (but they work fine). Couldn't they at least have emailed me for a second choice? I didn't list alternates in the comments because I thought the web site was updated with current inventory. Oh well. I can survive with ....-ugly cartos. Just a little peeved.

I have ordered 6+ times from them and only 2 times have I recieved what I ordered. This is batteries and carts I have even recieved higher mg nicotine than what I ordered they should atleast email u to ask what you would like todo instead of doing what they think is right!

That's a subjective and condescending statement. I've never had issues with Vapor4Life. When I tired of messing with 510's and not liking the look or feel of the mods, I went back to standard Vapor Kings. I have an EGO and rarely use it. I don't like the flavor from it and I still prefer something that looks like a real cig. I have a collection of just about every kind of e cig touted by fans on this forum, including several mods which I later sold. After many manuals, lots of colors and looks, I went back to a plain white automatic battery from Vapor4Life. It's what I like best, and so do many others. I am hardly a noobie, having been at this for over a year and a half. It's a journey, and many dollars later, some people end up where they started when they tire of buying the new in thing.

Refer to my avatar for my response. :D

I can see why you wouldn't be happy. My experience has been just the opposite - I have ordered 37 times, and once they forgot one of my items (and shipped it promptly when I notified them), and one other time they made an acceptable substitution of an item that ran out of stock.

Pretty much any 3.7v box mod or any type of larger batt mod like the Defender lasts longer and vapes better than the V4L batts.

Still use their PT's in the car and on the computer though.
That may be so, but there are still those of us who have no interest in puffing on a box or large battery. Sometimes, the aesthetics of the unit is as important as the life of the battery. If we are satisfied with the standard battery, then there is little reason to keep on trying and spending on newer and "better" products. Believe me, I have tried them all.

This is what it's all about Sherid, what satisfies us and keeps us happy!

I have no problem with their customer service it's just that their products are all basically the stock Chinese stuff.

While I'm not a huge fan of some of the newer juice, I think you know that this is not a true statement.

If you're comparing V4L equipment to a mod, you're absolutely right, the mod is going to win, but that's why IT'S A MOD. V4L is very good at what they do, get people to stop smoking (YMMV) by providing easy to use, entry level merchandise. But calling it "basically the stock Chinese stuff" is inaccurate.

A lot of people have moved on from the basics, but most do it with some class and don't blame the vendors for wanting to buy a mod.

I've been here since your first post, Mike, and 99% of your posts have been flaming V4L and then you go back to them and then complain some more. I don't want to speak for them, but I think that you finding another vendor is a win for V4L.

Chelseafn - Indeed it is. One has to wonder if the mod evangelists understand the concept of markets within markets.

One has to wonder if they're even reading any of the replies people are writing.

"Better" depends on what a person's criteria for judgement are. If insane power and 14 days of battery life aren't in a person's definition of "better," than simply shouting it at them repeatedly isn't going to change that fact.

If "small, affordable, reliable" is in that definition, then THAT is the criteria we should be looking at (and mod brigade, you can argue this all you like, but myself and many other have had no problems with reliability of stock Kr8's, so you trying to paint a broad stroke over this is simply not true).

MikeDeason - 3.7v is 3.7v, man. And the Kr8 has been tested over and over, and it is indeed a true 3.7v device. The only one of the stock batteries that is, in fact.

So any perceived "better vaping" you get from a 3.7v mod vs. a Kr8 batt is just that - your perception. Nothing more.

You may get a longer, steadier 3.7v, but that's it.

I'd like to add just a couple of points. It was mentioned that you may as well go to a SE kiosk for your product, as it's very much the same...but it isn't AT ALL. When I made the newbie mistake of running out of juice, I DID go to a SE kiosk. It cost me 30.00 for 10ML of juice and it was horrible! V4L is 9.95 for 30ML of juice. 3.00/ml or .34/ml...looks liek a huge difference to me. starter kits are also less expensive and more universal than SE.

As my signature says, I QUIT SMOKING using KR808 from V4L, and I thank them for that! Now I do use a mod, and I make my own juice...liken it to an elementary student moving to Jr High School. Unless you're a prodigy, you don't skip the elementary stuff.

I've noticed that the few that are here slamming V4L so hard, are the ones that I'd noticed wining the loudest on their sub-forum. Maybe overly difficult to please? And, really why the animosity? I understand it more like a temper-tantrum from a child.

Also, just to add a little note...MikeDeason says he is completely done using V4L products because they are all sub-par, but then admits he still uses a V4L PT...hmmmmmm
