I been vaping 4 days and just can't get this right. I got the Ego Twists and the Kanger Evods. Sometimes its perfect, sometimes it acts like it is flooded, hard draw and juice taste. Well, I am wasting a lot of juice because I need to empty and clean so much.

I am careful when I fill, but it is a crap shoot on whether it will work or not!

Yes, learning on e-cigs is quite a curve from smoking. I think you may have answered your own question though. They can be easily flooded. If you are dripping, this certainly can be a problem if it is flooded with juice. Otherwise, using a tank, customizers or other feeding procedures I would not be familiar with.

Welcome to ECF! It can be so frustrating when you first begin vaping. I'm not familiar with your set up, but make sure you are drawing slowly (like a slow inhale) and not sucking on your e-cig (like you would a real cig). I'm sure someone will be along shortly that knows more about the Twists and Kangers to give you more ideas. Hang in there and keep testing your hardware!

I have the Twist with ViVi Nova and also with Vision eGo Stardust V3 and V2 and they all perform pretty good , the V3 will be my new fav because the drag is closer to what a cigarette drag feels like.
Anyhow , Battery has nothing to do with your problems seems that you have a bad Kanger or something.
Try another clearomizer , I already have a bag , and settle to the one you like best.

Pick up a Vision (make sure it's Vision brand) Vivi Nova. Cheap and a great, solid, always works device. Read up here on how to use it (roll it as you use it to keep the wicks wet) and how to build your own heads if you want. It's my backup and it's always ready to go.

Even if you don't end up using it as your primary device, it's almost fail safe. From there you can learn and be patient with whatever you want- cartos, tanks, dripping, whatever. But it gives you a solid base with which you can stay quit.

There are a few things you need to remember when using your eVod:

1) Make sure that the atomizer coil is screwed into the base tightly--they often come not fully tightened from the manufacturer, or may have gotten loose through repeated refills.

2) Look at all the inner seals and gaskets to make sure they haven't become dislodged.

3) Make sure that you screw the tank into the base tightly. If it's not tight, it may leak.

4) When you screw your eVod into your battery, do not overtighten--screw it in only until it makes contact--no farther, or you may push the center post in too deep and cause all kinds of problems, including leaking. When the draw becomes tight or the taste and vapor production begin to diminish, replace the coil. This will happen sooner (even as soon as one day of heavy use) if you're using dark, viscous, or very sweet juices. The old coil can be cleaned and dry burned.

and

5) Make sure you're not getting juice in the center tube when you're filling--this will cause your eVod to leak like a sieve. If some juice gets into the tube, close the top cap and blow gently through the clearomizer to get rid of any excess eliquid.

What is iclear 16, never heard of it. I am new and trying! I do very good when things work!

That is a top wick clearomizer. I really like them, the only problem with many top wicks is that they are juice hogs. Also, they won't hold as much as your evod. You can do a search for them or if you have a brick and mortar store anywhere near they may carry them.

I would suggest you try Katya's suggestions first, it may just be a matter of too loose too tight and a bit of fiddling may help. I don't have an evod, I have a Kanger T3 and a Kanger protank and I'm not sure how similar they are.

Almost identical. eVods replaceable coils can be purchased without the base, though, which cuts their price in half. Other than that, no difference.

Make sure your not getting juice in the tube when your filling. Also when they flood and you blow them out, turn them upside down and blow easy into the paper towel. Since these are bottom fed if you blow through the tip it will just pull juice past the wick and drain all the juice from the tank.

The evod looks like the one in my protank. I wonder...hmmmm lol it's just that the protank coils are hard to get right now, the evod's are probably easier to get. Thanks Katya

Evod and protsnkcoils are the same. I think the op may have the coil to loose. I use evod's and they are fairly solid. invert the clero and remove the bottom. twist the coil. It looks like a spinner on the bottom piece. righty tight, leftly loosey
