Anyway, it really was quite easy. You see, I just graduated from the Nadine Davies School of.... ummm, "Investigatory Sciences", and wanted to practice my new found craft on somebody. DPL was in the right place at the right time!

She is one here on ECF (there are more) who became one of my true ones. And, given a ton of similarities in our personalities, she also managed to expand my previous Circle of Two (bests) to a a Circle of Three. One (male) has been with me since high school, another (female) for about 15 years, and now Kat (2-3?).
I'm not sure why I've been lucky enough to find & gather them through this life, but I am OH so appreciative.
I'm a very lucky man. I have friends & family to die for (and I would). GREAT friends & family.

They need to make something like that for those of us in Falcons' territory. 
I gave up on them for a while, and became a Saints fan (major deep-south team that USED TO BE a great team). Nowadays I've had to run back to the Falcons in pure self-defense, but somehow the Falcons can be on the field for half a game and not be aware that they're supposed to be playing football.

Yeah... I'm really depressed about Brees and company this season; he's so dang cute, I'd like to adopt him... but lately, I'm thinking more in terms of disowning...
If the Falcons do well (as they did at the start of the season), it's always a wonderful surprise. Less surprising when it turns out to be a fluke. But, they do have a new coach, so maybe they'll "grow into it." Stranger things have happened, I suppose.
