Drivers Stupid License!!!

My state is opposing it! And the last time I got my license renewed, I just gave them the old one, a check for like $26.00, and they gave me a new one. Took maybe 3 minutes.

I didn't know we were opposing it. Works for me.

Fl.caved in on the whole thing..which is a National I.D. but some States decided to go with a lesser form of this Federaly mandated law called Pass I.D. Not much better.

The real problem is that all States are suposed to share this information..meaning a hacker gets ALL the info from ALL the states at one go.

That if you decline to get this I.D. you now cannot go into your State reperesntative's office..depriving you of avenues of representation. Didn't we have a tea party a long time ago to protest lack of representation?

This also means that people in other states will have freedoms you don't enjoy..like freedom of movement within the U.S. ( on plane for now..trains and other modes of interstate travel will be next)and going to court or a federal office.

I think the thing that makes me the maddest is that if I were a terrorist or a crook or even knew one..I could get a Driver's License, passport and anything else I wanted to pay for. So the only people that this program protects me from is honest law abiding folk!

The whole thing is unconstutional. Since when does that matter to these chicken littles and power hungry .......

I have to make an appointment to get mine renewed soon. It's due in April.
