Using a credit card is no longer proof that you're over 18. Look how many debit cards are issued on Visa or MasterCard. I foresee many vendors requiring a signature and proof of identify upon receipt of your package. In other words, if you aren't home when it's delivered, you're going to truck on down to the post office to pick it up.

At least one Cali vendor already requires this. I have no problem signing for a package! Things ARE going to change. I will be thrilled if this is the worst inconvenience that happens to vaping.

It's not the vendor that's the problem, it's the state, which has become a giant control freak. I'm so glad I moved out of Kalifornia. I won't be buying anything from there either. When I moved out of there in 05 it was really hard to rent a truck for the move, because they'd all left the state already. The control freaks in Sacramento don't seem to care at all that they are driving business and tax base out of the state.

rounding third and heading home...
Note to self: add Modern Vapor in CA to the list of places I will not purchase from.

that seems a little harsh- she lives in ca. and was buying from a vendor in ca.- that is their state law. as someone in fl. you don't have to do it , yet. I am sure there are plenty of annoying fl laws you follow. why penalize the vendor for following their local laws? soon they may be more than local: are you going to boycott every vendor? work to change the laws instead of complaining about them.....
