Dual coil dripping atty setup

Thanks alot you guys!
I have watched lots of videos, it then I get to the end and its way too low for me. I am just trying to get it right a few times so I can write it down! so far they are all over the place

I finally got it! I used 32 kanthal on a 5/64 bit, at 8 wraps each one was 3 ohms. And then on my mod it dropped to 1.3 ohms. It will fire on my mcm but not either max

glad I could help. also another useful site for your builds I have placed below. if you click on the link and scroll down to the bottom of the page it will give you a long list of what guage wire to use, how many wraps, what size drill bit to wrap it around, the ohms and all.

just remember that if you are building dual coils, your resistance will be half. In your case, you did both coils at 3Ω. So the resistance will be 1.5Ω.

If you were just using a single coil build at 3ohms, it would be 3 ohms. But when you build dual coils, the resistance is drawn in half.

If you click on the link below and browse to about the 20 minute area, you can see it broken down a little better. It's a good video to watch, but its a bit long. But for the explanation of the resistance and cutting it in half for dual coil builds, you can watch about 5 minutes or so once you fwd to the 20 minute range.
