Thank you all for suggestions. Yesterday I wicked the Dvarw again and this time with a little bit more cotton and it appears for now that it's OK. I turned it upside down, horizontally and no leaks for now

Probably it was my wicking and I just have to build more ;)

What kind of coils are you all using and what wattage. Just single Kanthal A1 26-28ga around 1 ohm or....

P.S. @benley73: great photos of the whole process, one can really visualize how to do it
You can get away with thinner Clapton wires in them , but due to post screws you are limited to coils you can use,
My usual is 26g 316L , find it cleaner tasting than KA1,

I have only tried 1 of my juices in the evl so far , but that juice is tasting incredible! I have been vaping this juice for a while and know how it tastes in all my rtas and it's by far tastier in the evl. But certain juices do taste different in certain rtas, so it can be just special in the evl. But if I find all my juices taste better in it, it would surely be my fav to date. Between the prime and darvw, probably the darvw, simply because its smaller.

Good to know , been wanting to pick up the Evl Reaper v3 in DTL version,
Currently its between Cloudone v3- v4 and Dvarw V2 with 2.5mm insert
for me , as I prefer the restricive DTL draw rather than tighter MTL,
both build very similar both have small chambers so produce a similar flavour of vape,
Just not decided on the reaper yet was awaiting more feedback on it,
Is your clone unnamed Yftk or original Evl version of reaper?

I purchased the authentic and is the mtl version. I really love the vapor and flavor, but just wish the jc was reversed. As you tighten the tank onto your mod, it actually closes of the jc. Now they say it doesn't actually closes all the way, but I have had great results open all the way, so once the tank is on mod, I then have to twist the jc open. It's not that bad, but just wish it was reversed. Also the af ring is not attached, so every time I take the tank off and reinstall ring, I have to realign my preferred hole.....if this tank was just average, these 2 things would bug me, but because it vapes awesome and it looks awesome, it doesn't bother me as much.

I was just transitioning back from DL to MTL when I discovered the Dvarw V2. So I still had a thing about tank capacity going on and made the mistake of ordering the 5ml version. Gawd, it took forever too vape that thing empty. The juice would start turning dark first. Granted I could've just not filled it all the way.
But I ended up getting distracted by my first pod system for a couple months. Then started hearing about a 16mm version, hmm sounded good. Then this pic from @ToolmanTexas got me fired up again.

Gonna have to wait for my vape fund to replenish before ordering the 16mm dvarws but shouldn't be any hardship as I've been a fan of GS tanks forever and have plenty of coils stashed away.
Love this! I have a KFV5 that I like on my Juppi mod but I've had to take the Juppi apart and fix the 510. That lasted for about 3-4 months until the other day when it just stopped working altogether. It's either dive in there again or find something else which is not easy to do. SBS seems to be extinct now. Here's the setup (well, this is with the Avocado). Do you think the Pico Baby will work for the 22mm KF. It flares out a bit around the AF control.

In my photo? It is the '16 clone by SXK. The drip tip is from a Prime clone.
The middle one looks like the 16mm tank or maybe I'm looking at the wrong pics. Or maybe 16 is a new type doggy and isn't describing mm's? My bad, read it wrong, y2k16, got it now

From left to right: SXK Doggy 2k16 (w/ drip tip swapped out), YFTK Dvarw 16mm, YFTK Kayfun Prime

The Dvarw 16 is the new atomizer that I was showing off. I haven't had it long. It's my first Dvarw. I have a 22mm Lysen (sp?) clone on the way but it sure is taking it's sweet time to get here---hahaha.

I'm enjoying the Dvarw 16 but I'm still experimenting with the wicking. We've had extremely cold weather and I'm an outdoor vaper so it will likely get easier when the weather warms up. I love the ability to customize the air flow.

I couldn't imagine vaping in those temps I'm seeing in the north. I'm seeing below zero kind of stuff and that has to affect wicking. Here in fl. I obviously dont even think of stuff like that

I know they are not popular with everyone but I do like the hex screws. They don't slip at all. I wouldn't want to use an allen key but with a proper precision screwdriver they are a joy to use.

I like them so much that I actually ordered some to put on my Prime. And I think the spares from the Dvarw will fit the Doggy.

 I've been looking for a good set of precision hex drivers (at a good price), can you recommend? I find allen keys useless (unless it's a 1/4" or bigger:laugh:)

There are regular and ball end. I recommend regular ones for this application. The Dvarw uses 1.5mm. Vapefly uses 1.3mm.

Check your local hardware store. I can get a made in the USA store brand 1.5mm driver for $1.75 locally. I like the precision hex drivers from Wera best. Wiha and Felo are also good.

The drivers are usually cheap $3-4 but the shipping can kill it. I'm not sure who has the best deal but here are a couple links:

The 16mm Dvarw is sooo tiny! Hahaha!
