I was saw a video on YouTube saying I can make homemade juice with 80% glycerin and 20% water and using water based flavours, I found the caramel flavour by the Dr.Otker brand contains glycerin and PG is it safe to use this flavouring ? And in what amount ??

That would be the last brand I would think about ever using.
flavourart - capella - the flavor apprentice - Inawera - flavor west would be my first ...................

I would only recommend using flavors that you purchase from Bull City Vapor (or another site that sells supplies specifically for making e-liquid). All of the flavors from BCV have been used in eliquid, and they have clear warnings to flavors that may contain Diacetyl (if you're concerned by that). Most flavors I test start at 5% and I adjust from there. There is a lot more to juice blending though :)

sadly i cannot order anything that relates to vaporizers (e cigs) as they are banned in the country that i reside in at the moment, which is why i have taken the route to diy juice, even the local online sellers tend to spike the price by 50-80% no joke.
