Should I be wearing rubber gloves when I'm refilling my carts? I seem to get juice all over my fingers no matter how careful I am and when I'm refilling 20+ carts in a sitting, it's soaking into my skin the whole time. Opinions?
Last week I was refilling a cart like usual, the one time I decided not to wear gloves the dropper cap came out of the bottle and poured 5ml of 6mg on my left hand I was right next to the running faucet and within 5 seconds washed it off. 20 minutes later I began vomiting for 2hrs it was awful I was dizzy and very sick. I will never fill, mix or otherwise without gloves. I am just glad it wasn't my hubby's 18mg. If I must fill when out I hold my cart with a napkin on an angle so if it does spill it will not be on me.
I have gotten a lot on my hands before..as long as you quickly rinse & wash it off your okay...however some people may be more sensitive to it than others. Just use care, if you feel its better to wear protection then by all means do it!!!

For the most part a little on the hands is no big deal. Start having problems with headaches, nausea or rashes it might be from that.
Now when dealing with higher levels of nic that is a different matter.
I only use pre-mixed so I only get a drop or two on my skin from time to time. Some parts of your body are more sensitive to it than others. I had a very small bit of residue on my finger that I didn't know about and rubbed my eye. My eyelid when numb for about 30 seconds. Oh well, certainly not the worst thing that's ever happened to me.
Only nicotine can be harmfull and only very high level nicotine. Pg and VG are no problem since there is glycerin in a great many things we lubricates the skin with.
