BR, that is a puresmoker 5v pt, i have a indulgence pt as well but it feel like its giving a little higher then 3.7 but not much but the silver pt feels like 5v like my other mods at 5v. and i connect them to a usb wllplug 5v 2000mah

my e2's run way to hot in it for some reason, havent tried any 3.1's on it though.

The indulgence is the one I remember seeing. I thought it would be straight through without reducing the voltage. Don't understand why it doesn't put out as much as the battery. Guess I'll have to check it out further. I have a home made one that I use from a variable power supply, but getting tired of using that PT contraption.

Yeah, sometimes if I get too horizontal, the same thing happens with me and I tilt it down slightly. Either a leaking E2 or condensation can be a cause. I get confused about laying one on its side or standing it up or tilting while using or whatnot and howsoever. I don't want to do a juggling act and that's why I make a big issue about testing one with the battery pointing down.

I don't know about the acrid taste, tho.

I believe the ohm symbol is the Greek Omega sign, or something like that.

Hopefully, for at least later today, I won't have to figure which way is up or down, after I do the PTB mod!

Then I get to reward myself with that heavenly tea!

Yep, it's an Omega sign. :)

Bad, I watched you video review and other 2 new videos, and was so jealous watching you vape in the review one! Can't wait to test out the correct CE2-r4 for me.

The PTB mod video was simple and should be easy for most anyone to follow.

And your Vgo is just so totally cool looking! I love how the bottom lights up! I wish more people sold them.

So I ended up finding a few real r4s in the batch I got and I think there's only one thing I'd change. (besides replacing most of the wick with the ptb material which they've said they won't.)

I really wish the casing (sleeve) was ceramic instead of metal and not just the cup. The end can get a little too warm for me. Does anyone make ceramic drip tips? All I've got are some really cheap plastic ones that I'm afraid would melt.

I think you'll be fine with any Delrin drip tips, I have some el cheapo Eastmall ones that have survived some scorching LR Eastmall atties.

Due to the heat I used a Delrin drip tip with mine and I think from the heat the drip tip lost its ability to grip onto the carto and kept falling off. :(

Does anyone else have a problem with the middle ring placed flat side down on the cermaic cup (inner ring removed) swelling and distorting? Sometimes I get the gurgles and pop off my drip tip to find the middle ring is wedged in sideways. When i take out the middle ring for inspection i find that the diameter has swollen a good 15-20% larger than the tube. I'm guessing that perhaps the heat and liquid absorbtion is causing the silicone to swell and distort while in place?

I haven't had that problem but I use a variable device and keep the voltage pretty low (less than 3v).

Tried the R4's and still the same rubbish, i'm waiting for them to fix this wicking problem still, i feel like im using atomizers again having to keep holding off on puffing after a few hits or i'll taste burnt stuff. The Ultra / Premium 808 cartos are still the best for performance.

kinda off topic but how is your vapor at less than 3v? i havent had the oppertunity to use a vv device yet but im in the market for one..

I have two: the Little Sister and and the Big Brother. The LS is the only one my meter works on and with a 2.5-2.6 ohm 510 E2 the sweet spot for me is right at 2.8v. Anything higher than that and the vapor gets too hot and the flavor goes away. At 2.8v I get lots of vapor and tons of flavor (tobacco/menthol) but not a lot of throat hit (which I'm not crazy about, anyway).

Everyone has their own opinion I guess but I'll never use another filler carto again. When these things are performing they smoke everything I've ever tried (pun intended).

Yep. I feel the same and I'm still using r3's. Filler cartos suck in comparison imo and I too will never go back. To be truthful though you do have to fiddle with and understand the E2's to achieve maximum results. They're not plug 'n play - yet.

I've been using these for a couple of days now, and have done a few refills. The *only* time I have had wicking problems is when the 3rd seal (the one that you inject the juice into) is either not lined up properly with the wick or is pushed down too far.

edit: here is a diagram from another thread. Those 'slits for wick' need to be lined up very well, in addition to the seal not being jammed right down onto the wick cup:

I just received notice that my e-liquid.cn order from Sunday has shipped. The waiting begins...

Edit: Lisa writes very good English.

Hey Banjo, looks like you're having better luck with that company than I am. I ordered two packs of 30 C-E2 R4, they took my money, sent shipment confirmation email. Today I get another email saying I have to send them my ship to again, that it was incomplete, and want me to pay for them to reship. I went to the site, copied my address that is in their file, it's correct as is. So, they screwed up the shipment. Far as I'm concerned they should pay the shipping to reship the order to the address that they should have shipped it to in the first place. That's what I emailed back to them. We'll see what they say. Personally, I think her English sucks.

Here's a clip of her email to me:

otrpu,

Order #3281? That has to be a fairly old order. Mine was placed this past Sunday and it's #3697. It sure sounds like THEY screwed up, though. Hopefully they'll see their error and re-ship for free. In the meantime try contacting Martinez direct at office@microcig.com. I've never talked to him but the last e-mail response I got from e-liquid.cn was from him at that address. Maybe he can help.

They have my address on file and I've already received two shipments from them, so I'm not surprised this last one went through without problems. As far as Lisa's English... from what you've posted I don't see a problem with it. It's quite a bit better than some of the other messages I've seen from them.

Good luck. I hope you get it straightened out. :)
