Ear Plugs

Has anybody tried using those foam ear plugs? Seems like they would work pretty good since they expand.

Might be able to do a plug mod with them if they don't melt but I bet the wont absorb as much juice or wick properly

I believe most foam ear plugs (especially the cheapy ones) are closed cell foam, which wouldn't wick at all.

hmm sitting at work, we have to use these when out on the production floor... I may steal a pair or 5 and play with them as plugs when I get home. I can't imagine they'd melt and burn up being used as a plug so long as it avoids the plate.
