This is my 3rd order from Eastmall. First was juice, second was an 801 starter and some other random items, third was the 5 atty pack with some other odd items as well. Second order had a auto battery with a stiff switch which was replaced promptly after a quick email to customer service. Third order got stuck going out of China, the order was being personally tracked by Ed and was repacked and transferred and shipped in a different town with a new tracking number within 24 hours of being recieved back by the shipper.

Thank you guys again for all of the information and keeping your customers happy! This is the kind of customer service that makes a company prosper in this style of market!
