Eastmall question

I just like to know how things work ordering from "china vendor site" Eastmall.net?
I place the order of Riva 510 and all the goodies (170s dollars) from eastmall yesterday and paid for it with paypal. And yet I haven't receive or heard anything from Eastmall. Don't they usually send confirmation of order or receipt to your email? I am not complaining but just want to know how things work..... anyone had experience ordering from eastmall.com?????

impatiently waiting for my riva...(i know i am bad)

my first e cig was joye 510 pcc on 10-2-2010 and i am sold and ready for riva...

I've used them and they are in my experience reliable but you do have to be patient. You will probably find if you log in to their site you can see your order status. If you want things delivered yesterday, you would be best not ordering from China.

When I placed an order last month, on a Sunday, I only received my Paypal confirmation. Two days later I received a letter with shipping information. It was a Tuesday. The tracking showed it in transit till Friday at which time it showed up in the U.S. Once it arrived in the U.S. it was Express Mail and the post office attempted delivery on Saturday. (Or so they claimed...) I was home that Saturday but eventually received my order on Monday.

I have ordered from them a few times and have never had a problem. The only disadvantage is the wait time.

I just got reply email from eastmall saying that the order was already shipped with ems. I am not used to their process but i know now.

Hehe sorry, reading what I wrote now sounds a bit harsh but it wasn't intended It is true though it will take longer for things to come from abroad, but hopefully the better prices make up for it.

I just looked back to see how long it took from the time my order was placed until the time I received it:

My order was processed and dispatched the same day. It then took 14 days to get to me including weekends.

May be the guy from custom's 510 battery die and using your pt.

Haha - interesting thought...

This was an all juice order so that may have held it up a bit longer than usual.

the customs service is the most unpredictable entity on this earth

some packages filled to bursting with juice will get thru and pass custioms in a day or tow

others containing just attys and other hardware can be held in limbo for weeks

you tell me

there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it at all

and it is totally beyond our control.

Di - i hope you didn't misunderstand - I was not implying that customs was under your control in any way shape or form. You would think there would be specific procedures in place at customs to move the packages though quickly and efficiently.

I understand what you mean, My suggestion to eastmall is sending customer confirmation email right after the money is paid.

it is supposed to do this after you pay your paypal.
however a lot of peeps do not wait for the paypal confirmation page and so the confirmation does not get sent to Eastmall from paypal
so it takes a while for it all to catch up and get into the system.

and quite honestly,
sometimes it just plain dont work --
frustrating for you
and for us also ........

I'm not one to wait, guess I will look for a U.S. vendor. Especially if an item needs to be returned.

Eastmall has a returns officer in the US --
but yes there are many good sellers in the USA also -
