Yes, Hampa. That was our very own Quigsworth. I wonder if cutting the insulator would work on the Igo, since drilling through the positive pin is outside of my drilling skills :)

It might. Only one way to find out :p

Only thing I'd be concerned about is the fact the the insulator is rubber instead of a hard plastic like the Phoenix v4. And that the base of the center post on the igo-s is really wide and you might risk it shorting against the side.

Hmm didn't think about that, actually im not that great these things, just liked what i saw on the video, and that my igo-l is my all day device. The small form factor is what im looking for and the igo-s is a nice little atty. To tell you guys the truth my first Reo is on the way to me here in Sweden, could i be the first REOnaut in Sweden?
I ordered a grand and a reomizer man this is better than waiting for Christmas. I'll be sure to make a proper introduction when i receive it. ;-) but I. Can already say i will like it in this part of ecf. nicer folks is hard to come by.

Hi looks like a great mod! I had 2 of them and have been wondering for the longest time if anyone had done a BF mod for it lol. Quick question though, looks like the only thing that was cut is the insulator, so I was wondering where the juice gets fed from? through cracks of the insulator or the center post? would you mind taking a picture of the bottom? Would help so much!

I just got a few of these to play with. So far I'm finding I absolutely got what I paid for (less than $5 each) but as I said, it's a backup/thrasher. I've already stripped the positive screw on one. Here's what I came up with. Sorry for the bad pics, it's my cell phone after being at work since Wednesday morning with little sleep :(

First I drilled the air hole out to 1/16. Caveman style, I scratched the hell out of it.

My positive post was sealed so I drilled a 1/16 hole

And one last 1/16 hole so juice can drain back. Can we all see what one drill bit I have here?

30g 8 or 9 wraps at 1.8 with a cotton ball stolen from the dog grooming room.

I mixed up some diy tropical cola. Some lime, coconut, pineapple, mint and cola all at 2%. Real light and crisp. I'm getting some nice clouds, perfect for me TH and true flavor. It's a good vape. Just...almost, good. It won't dethrone my hornet or rm2 but I'm not scared to thrash it and play around.

*edit. ok i think i have to drill a hole through the bottom

Sorry, i'm still confused how the juice feeds up. I just dremeled a channel and stopped at the bottom portion. put insulator and center post back in. the bottom has no opening for the juice to make it to the channel.. the connector has no opening, and the bottom section of the insulator was left alone so its pretty snug fitment.. so I dont know how it would feed up =/

Vietstuh, You don't need to drill the post. You're supposed to cut a channel in the bottom part also. Just not all the way through to the center post. You can see it in _derscore's first post (second pic) if you look closely. He even has a little drawing there to show the partial cut in the bottom part.
