Hey all,

It's a number so large that I can barely fathom it. It represents, literally, lifetimes worth of human effort, but after 5-and-a-half years we are approaching the 10 millionth post on ECF.

Now, it's an arbitrary threshold, but it feels like a milestone of sorts and I thought we should celebrate. So, we've come up with a special prize for the poster who hits that magic mark.

We're not going to announce what the prize is just yet, but rest assured, it's a good'un! So, carry on posting, and in a couple of weeks we'll announce the prize and the winner.

Well I have to say that I am very thankful for all the wonderful folks that have and do contribute to this epic number of posts. Never ever thought I would actually quit smoking - but thanks to trying my first e-cig and then finding ECF I found the help I needed to end a 46 yr habit.

So while I don't post a lot - I do read on ECF everyday

Congrats ECF and I can say along with alot of other fine folks it's been a journey, highly entertaining at times and not to mention a thoroughly educational experience. Hope it continues x2!
