Just sayin', is all :)

Actually we have got 4 days of server work ATM so there will be a shedload of stuff to look at soon... Until the project is finished it isn't practical to look at details, we might find that the error gets fixed by some other job. With luck.

It sounds to me like the server app on one box got glitched, so we need to wait until they are all upgraded then work out if the error is still there and then if it's an Apache or Nginx or Varnish issue etc etc. Give us some time please............. Sorry to be techy and unhelpful but it's the middle of a project and the straight answer is that nobody knows nuffin' right now :(

The browser back / auto refresh is partly why the forums were slower previously due to a setting to not cache. The default for vBulletin out of the box is to cache such a response and for most site's apps it would be the same (back button results).

It would be a choice for faster forum response to not auto refresh back button results OR slower forum response to auto refresh back button results.
