ego battery

I did try to see if anyone has had this problem before but i couldn't find anything, sorry if i'm rehashing an old subject....

I have had this battery around 2 weeks, my charger is a usb charger no light on it... this battery has been a little dicky in the last couple of days to get charging, had to twist and turn it a little to get the light to flash, now has full charge but wont work on atty ( I have tried several) and when i plug into charger doesn't resond, have tried cleaning the atty connection end and charger point, no luck...other battery still charges fine.... any ideas?

Hi Marianne. When the battery was ready for re-charging, did it flash a few times then quit flashing then flash a few times then quit etc. ? (rather than the regular lots of flashing to show time to re-charge ? Your problem sounds like when mine died from getting juice in the button. (I have lost a few this way) Did you ever get juice in the button ?? If so, it corroded the inside and it will no longer work. I have tried and tried to revive them but you can't. Hope this helps you.

My first Ego battery died yesterday. The button light comes on but no voltage at the center contact and I was having to unscrew a half turn and re-tighten to vape. It finally got to the point where the light came on but no voltage to the atomizer anymore. The charger didn't recognize it either. I have two new ones coming today from Welcome to awesomevapor.com - . According to USPS tracking they should be in today's mail.

510 batts will work in a pinch if you have both, even on the Ego mega atty. Good backup until replacements arrive.

Yup, it's dead. One of mine did that a month or so ago. Send it back.

i have same problem, contacted vender and they asked for a video of it being screwed into charger to see it doesnt work, they replied back and said thanks for video and was convinced that it was defected and will replace it ,when i order suplies from them again, now its on its way.

I have had 2 TorneGo batteries die on me in 30 days...just outside the warranty period. My last tornego batt & my 510 mega batts are still working, thankfully. That type battery seems to be having significant quality issues, performance is hit or miss.
My solution: I am getting a Chuck, replacement batteries are cheap and plentiful.

One of my eGo batt's button has sunken into the body and I have to use a fingernail to depress it. Still working otherwise after 1 week.
