Im curious what the twist puts out max with a EMDCC under load. If anyone knows this let me know.

I'm sure it's fine but I've heard too many stories of people using the wrong charger and having ego-type batts explode. Usually when that happens it works fine for a while and then KABLAM! So I just wanted to make sure.
I really want to know the amp limit on the twist but no one seems to know.
If Kent got a true 4.8v with a 1.5 ohm atty and there was no limiting that'd be 3.2amps of pure vaping power!

Not positive but I'm pretty sure 3.2A is beyond the safe limits of any of the batteries available in the Twist, it may be as high as 2.5A, I'm guessing they were pushing it near it's limit with the 2.2ohm atty they uses to run the batteries down. That would have been 10.5watts and 2.2A.

Quick question to all the folks here: what is the current rating for the charger for joyetech batteries? I have 2 ego chargers at home. One is 320ma and one is 430ma. Don't want to damage my twist so for now I will be using the lower current one.

Sometimes if the PV is sold as a kit and has a charger included, it will say the ma of the charger, or check the chargers on the site to see their ratings and recommendations. Where did you purchase yours at?
The 320ma charger came with a generic ego-t kit from eliquidusa. The other, higher current charger came from Hoosier ecig supply.

They have a chart on their site that shows a 2.2ohm carto at 4.8 volts and how many puffs to deplete the battery through various voltage ranges prior being fully depleted. Look midway down at this link.

I got my 650 mah Twist batteries in from Cignot today and they work well. This is my first foray into VV and they make a huge difference in taste. I popped my carto (Boge SR, RY4/black cherry mix) out of my eGo and put it in the Twist set at 4.2 volts - the flavor is awesome. As I keep chargers at home, in the car, and at work - I'm not overly concerned about battery life on a charge. Size is important to me as I do not want something the size of a Dremel - and this will fill the bill I think...
420mA.... all joye but from TW, cignot and heaven gifts... it's the output figures... 4.2V 420mA
