The iGo is basically the same as the Vgo and the Kgo is similar to the Echo-e. When I started this thread I only had three of these now I have a Ego, Riva Se, Go-go, Vgo, iGo, Kgo (in the mail) and several Echo auto's.

Pretty sure I saw you sitting across from me at a Vapers Anon meeting :D So, which is your favorite?

My favorite combination right now is the Kgo with EMDCC. I understand there are all kinds of problems with recent orders of EMDCC's, but I still have 20 of the originals.

This. IME a KGO battery with an EMDCC is tough to beat :)

I got lucky timingwise and switched to vapingzone's EMDCCs right before everybody started hollering about the Smoktech devices madvapes carries. Out of the Smoktech EMDCCs I did buy (bought maybe eight of them) I pitched one an hour after I opened it because the draw was just too tight, all the others have worked fine.

I've been using only the Go-go since February. I'd been using KR808D-1s and then the eGo-Ts until I saw the Go-go. For me, the Go-go was a huge step up from where I'd been. The vape was huge, the flavor was better than the others and it lasted me over a day! I started adding more Go-batts and ended up with 12. But some of the batteries had bad switches. Five out of 12 are dead. I took one apart and found that the circuit board was not centered so that when I pushed the switch, it didn't make good contact. I found that if I used my thumbnail and pushed the button down right at the extreme lower edge it would turn on. But not every time! (see pic)

Since then I've been wondering how the other ecigs are doing. This thread has been great for me. I may have missed it, but I had heard that some were thrilled with the Boge Leo with Dual Coil Low Resistance 1.5 ohm cartomizers. So I ordered one. So far it is fantastic! But this is day one. Time will tell. But the vapor is huge, like the Go-go and the flavor is a step above the Go-go in my opinion. The battery is only 800mAh so won't last as long as the 1300mAh.

But since I followed this thread I see that the new ECHO is a huge step up!!! So here I go again, I made the order last night for the ECHO kit with 1300mAh batts and Dual Coil ECHO Cartomizers at 1.7ohms. Being able to run the cartomizer 100 times has got me excited! The kit I ordered has the automatic battery which I've heard ya'll say it is second generation and works much better. Since I've been having so many problems with the Go-go switches this would be a relief! Thanks to all of you and I'll report on this thread after I get mine.

Thanks GoAskAl! I'll check that thread. One of the only concerns I have about the ECHO is its stability in my pant pocket, where I usually put my ecigs. I saw that txtumbleweed's ECHO broke in his pant pocket because the cartomizer's cone shape doesn't have a thread to connect to the outside of the battery, only the inner cartomizer thread. Unlike the Go-go, that has a cartomizer thread and an outer thread for the cone that gives it stability if it gets a little bent in the pocket.

I haven't broken anymore Echo cartos other than the first one but I am a little more careful with them and don't carry them in my front pocket. I use a lanyard now or carry them in my jacket pocket. I haven't found the echo carto to be much different than the Go-Carto but I really like the 1300 auto battery and the design better. I got tired of pushing the button a thousand times a day and it is handy to vape hands free at times. I still use my Go-go quite a bit and as I said earlier it is still my favorite manual. I've had one Go-go battery fail since March and I have had one Echo battery die since May. You have to be a little more careful with the Echo auto battery being as you don't want to get juice into them being as the they are not sealed. The Echo carto doesn't leak at all though and if you let it drain for a few minutes after refilling you shouldn't have any problems. I haven't had any of the the cartos fail from popping a coil but like all cartos they need cleaning after a week or two depending on what type of juice you use. I've seen reports of them lasting as long as a month and as short as 5 days before needing cleaned. I have found the cleaner from Smoktek works best for me when I do clean them which is very seldom. Cartomizer/Atomizer Cleaning Kit - With 10ml Control Syringe, Luer-lock compatible w/cleaning tubes and instructions:2cool:

While I'm waiting for my ECHO, I've been trying the Boge Leo with DC LR cartomizer. It has been steadily producing a great vape and flavor!!! Unfortunately I wasn't used to the 800mAh battery combined with the Low Resistance cartomizer and it went dead on me right after lunch when I really needed it 8-o I'm used to my Go-go and only carried one to work!

I've heard the Leo was good especially in the flavor dept. It is one of the few I don't have but the 800 battery wouldn't last for me either for an all day PV. I too am accustomed to a 1300 that lasts all day and combined with a 3ml carto I'm good for at least 12 hours of steady vaping.:2cool:

The Leo flavor is really outstanding. (not sure why) I'm on my fourth refill of the DC LR cartomizer. Too bad they don't have a 1300mAh battery. I planned my day better today and started with a fully charged battery. FYI, it is still going tonight but close to shutting down.

I got the ECHO thursday and have been testing it out. The flavor is excellent. The filling was simple. I used drops instead of a syringe and it took 120! The 1300mAh battery is still going, but I've been using the Boge Leo and Go-go also. I did have a problem friday, when I took it to work. Everything was going great and then suddenly the (auto) battery quit working right before lunch. It appears that I had tightened too far, because I unscrewed the cartomizer and re-tightened it and when I just barely tightened it started working again. The only thing bad about that is the cartomizer seems loose and I've nearly had it fall off the battery a couple of times. But other than that, it is very commendable!

Do you more knowledable folks think if flavor is what I'm after mainly, I'd get better results with a Kgo or a Leo? I've heard both give really good results for flavor. TH is not that important to me. I'm coming from a V2 KR808 battery, using them with V2 empty cartos, so I know I'll enjoy the longer battery life of either. It's to decide between them I guess.

I'm aware my taste issues could be my own taste buds, but so many juices others rave about taste like nothing to me, and that's trying them on several different occasions. I've even tried the Deluxe fluxos and didn't notice any better flavor than I got from filling the blank cartos. I've also tried the 5v V2 passthrough and don't get any better results with that.

A KGO is a hotter battery than a Leo but I can't speak to cartomizer design so I can't tell you which will taste better - but if everything else was equal the KGO would win.

I will say that I switched from EMDCCs to a homemade syringe tank mod yesterday and so far am very impressed with both flavor and cost of operation. The two 20ml syringes I used to make the tank cost about three bucks, so it was a worthwhile experiment.
