i am little bit disappointed in these, for me, they dont produce quite the same amount of vapor as boge 2.0, taste is the same tho.

For what it's worth, I finally got a "weak" emdcc. Can't remember if it was number 3 or 4. The first couple were truly great. Vapor, flavor, TH, all great. Thought I'd found nirvana. But my most recent emdcc is hitting about 60% compared to the others.

Forward and onward. It's the vaping world. Nothing is perfect.

Did you meter it? If it reads around 3.0 ohms, then it has a bad coil. If it reads around 1.7 or so ohms, then it will probably improve as the filler breaks in and starts swelling.

Ohms measured at 2.0 which I thought might be a tad high. The carto sat for a couple days after the initial fill but vapor didn't improve even after that. Tried different eGo batteries and the MV VV Box. Tried topping it off several times. Kinda lost interest after that.

Just my input, so glad i ordered these, have 6 of them in service, only one has begun to have a tight draw, after about 3 weeks of use - it was the only one that had a 100%pg juice, light in color, but thick tho . . . haven't tried cleaning it yet . . .. out of laziness mostly . . . :>
but, i'm sold on these for now - so easy to grab and go, and last me for quite a while, without any hassle.

Finally finished reading the entire thread. Lots of great information, and I have ordered 10 of them to try out, a few 510-ego adaptors, and a Smoktech 5V USB PT for when I'm sitting at the computer.

I'm still nervous about running these at 5V, but there have been a few posts saying they run great. Has anyone tried these on a 5V USB PT? I'm a little nervous, as the ohm's law calculator I used says these draw 3.125A, and that seems a little high for a USB port. Even the wall adapter from MV says it's rated at 2A...

Perhaps I should stick to the original plan of using these on 3.7V, and throwing the Liquinator on the PT at the computer?

USB spec says the port has to deliver half an amp - a USB3 interface is rated at 900ma. I'd be nervous too ;)

Was there a change in tips recently? I've seen a few pics that look like they have whistle tips on these... the tips I got match the MV website, some ungodly large soft chew-toy type thing? Somebody using XL carts as a tip?

I ordered some type "B" drip tips to fit on these to give better mouth feel. I already use drip tips on my regular cartos anyway, makes topping off really easy...

Mine have whistle tips but I think they were part of the last batch MV ordered. The current batch has round tips.

I just got mine today, and they have the flat rubber whistle tips. Ordered them on Sunday. I like the shape, but they give my vape a rubber taste >< going to find some XL plastic or acrylic drip tips to put on it.

Other than the nasty rubber taste, I am impressed. More vapor than I can handle on my eGo. I have to take shorter toots.

That rubber taste goes away after you use the tip a few times. You can soak it in hot water for awhile and that helps. Wonder why they are showing the round tip and still sending out the flat tips. I prefer flat, better order more soon and hope I get the flat.

I purchased 2 and i keep getting dry hits. after about 4 hits it gets dry so i put a couple drops in and it dumps out the bottom. if i shake it a few times i can get a few more hits. in my opinion its junk. when i get hits its nice but never again.

The filler is new, it will expand with subsequent fills and be more absorbant, you won't get dry hits after a few fills. It takes a lot of juice, over 4 mls, are you filling it enough?

The other possibility is that you are dripping the juice down the center instead of in the filler. How much juice did you use for the initial fill?

I just got my order today (ordered Sunday - I'm always impressed with MV's speed :D). All of mine have the new round tip and are in sealed plastic wrappers - the previous ones were the flat tip.

I measured this time with the initial fills - around 2.8ml and they'll start to drip out of the bottom if I try to get any more in without letting them sit for a while. I'm sure I could get more in if let them sit longer, but I'm an impatient vaper!

Anyway, all 3 of the first ones I filled worked fine with my ego-clones w/o any futzing at all! Yay, no more skirt filing, popping the center post, or using extensions!

They seem to hit just as good as the previous batch... But I'm not sure if I like the round tips much though (kept the flat tips from my others just in case).

Another possibility might be that is that his juice is too thick. A friend of mine complained about pretty much the same thing using 50% PG but after testing 100% PG worked fine.
