They are all empty. I filled up two and both do nothing and I mean nada!! I first thought its my battery but after putting one from cigeasy on it everything worked fine. I emailed the guy from nhaler and got this back.

"There is a center pin on the inside of both the battery and the cartomizer. There is a chance that this pin got pushed down. Very gently pull up on the pin for both the battery and the cartomizers. The fact is we have sold near 100 of these cartomizers and except for a couple of customers that have burnt them up there has not been one problem almost all Go-Go issues directly come from the center pin. Please let us know how you make out."

Now I need to play mac giver??? I have no clue what he is talking about and honestly don't want to work on my GoGo as all the cartos i have here are working 100% fine but all these new once are not. WHAT SHOULD I DO I AM DRIVING CRAZY here lol.

I just checked mine and I don't see a pin on the battery or the cart? I have no idea what they could be talking about so I can't help you... Sorry

Ok, lets troubleshoot. Which ones did you get as I just got a delivery today of 20 new gogo cartos from Nhaler. They are all stainless and 10 are 2.0 ohm and 10 are 3.0 ohm. Tell me what you have and I will fill up one of my new ones and see what happens. Also, what method are you using to fill the cartos? Drip, q-tip or syringe? How many drops did you put in? What mix of juice? All these parameters could offer a clue.

I think they are talking about pulling the center post on the battery up ever so slightly. but thios wouldn't make sense as the cartos arn't working on both batts. I'd say he should closely compare the battery ends of the Nhaler cartos and the Cigeasy cartos. See if one carto is different than the other in the connection area.

Want to quit, first question, how do you know all 5 cartos don't work if you've only filled up two? Second question, grab an Nhaler carto and a Cigeasy carto and very closely examine the bsattery end of each and look for any difference in the two. Perhaps you are on to something here and the Nhaler cartos have more depth between the battery. carto connection than the newer Cigesy ones. This may be why they want you to pull up the center post on the battery. If this is the case then you have a good reason for returning them if you can prove it.

FYI, I have used 12 different cartos so far all from Nhaler and all on an Nhaler batt. None have failed and all are still in use with some having been cleaned twice. But there may be a slight variation between different vendor devices and cartos due to different manufacturing runs. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we need to know all the quirks and foibles of these devices so we can devise work arounds.

Ok I got it to work. It indeed was this so called pin or whatever. Weird though that it was on all 5 pushed down. Sorry for the panic I just got new juice and need my cartos to enjoy it.

Sounds like they were all screwed in too tightly. That is one thing about handling Go-gos that needs to be kept in mind. The cartos really need to be screwed in just to the point where contact is made. Overtightening can push the battery posts to far in and apparently now, can do it the same to the cartos themselves. They can be pulled out, but word of caution, do it very lightly, first time I tried it on a bat I pulled it right out and had to resolder a wire.

Do us a favor and compare the battery ends of a Cigeasy carto and an Nhaler carto and see if there is a difference in depth for the center post on the bttery to make a connection with the carto. This will help us all and something we all need to know.

Disregard my troubleshooting posts above as you've obviously got the problem fixed while i was furiously typing. Glad you got a fix.

I have old style cartos from cigeasy and from Nhaler and they both look identical. I am really dissapointed that I have yet to get any of the second generation cartos though. I soo want to try them out :(

I'm very interested in comparing side by side the new CigEasy powder coated cartos with the Nhaler old style cartos, especially the exact inspection of the battery end and see if there's a difference. I wish someone who had both would do this and post their findings.

Actually - the 10-15 drops are exactly why I'm looking to pick one of these up along with a pack of KR808 Cartos - Since I don't have any other PVs this will be a great way for me to try out new juices / juice combinations without filling an entire 3ml carto :)

Then you're in luck dvedbc!!!! :)

Nah. Just a verbal report would do. I'd like to confirm that the machining are identical on the old style Nhaler/Cigeasy ones as they are with the Gen2 Cigeasy ones. Expecially the depth between the center pin on the battery to carto connection. If you get what I mean.

They are the same. The metals are different...stainless Cig Easy brass Nhaler. Machining is identical. I am waiting on verification, but from the naked eye they are.

That's really good to know. Then we can rule out any machining differences between cartos when someone has cartos that won't fire for one reason or the other. Haven't seen any brass ones though of either type. Thanks for the report. :)
