Just ordered me a couple of them from TW $11ea I'm really wondering why there $3-4 cheaper than the regular tank Atty's though. In there ad it says the LR's last not as long as the Regular tank Atty's so this much be the reason of the lower price, hope they last longer than a week.!

LR No warranty

Normal Atomizer 30 day warranty

wish they would sell the normal atomizers with no warranty cheaper as well.

Lol!

So, I ordered a couple after getting an email from TW. They come out to about the same cost as Volcano's standard ohm tank-o-mizer with shipping and all...which those are working damn good still with just regular water and compressed air cleaning. I hope the LRs don't pop in 3 days...

OK...probably a stupid question, but can u use the regular ego/t-rex batteries with the tanks and ego-t atomizers?

As Elendil said yes. The only "visible" difference between the eGo batt and the eGo-T batt is the branding on the batt and the eGo-T is suppose to have the 5 click Lock feature. There has been speculation going around that the eGo-T batts are better designed and last longer... I think the jury is still out on that one though, nothing definitive has been said.

seriously, where did that speculation come from? the only thing known is, that some of the eGo-T batteries have problems with the 5-click shutdown.

There was a few posts about it in one of the Super Long running eGo-T threads. I myself can't really compare it because the only non-eGo-T batt that I have is a 1000 mAh eGo Pass-thru.

Nobody that I have seen has done a side-by-side comparison of the T vs. Non T batteries though, so at this point it is either speculation or hear-say (As i said above, "the jury is still out on that one")

If theres any left after everyone orders them all day today and tonight, hahahahahha good luck hope there still there for ya:laugh:

Looks like they have 473 in stock at the moment. To me it seems the eGo-T is very popular. I checked at heaven-gifts the other day and they were all sold out. I checked the next day and they had about 400 of the blue in stock. Later that day I checked again and they only had 22 left in stock. I hurried up and ordered me some before they sold out. I wonder if the LR atty's will go as fast as that. Another thing, I sure hope the price comes down on these puppies. And it should. It just seems the eGo-T is the hottest thing going at the moment. At least that's the impression I'm getting.

I never tried a regular Tornado battery, so I have nothing to compare it to, but my Tornado-T battery lasts a VERY long time. I can get at least two, if not almost three, days out of mine. I smoked about half a pack a day, but probably vape a little more often. I originally tried out a Titan, didn't like it compared to the tank, and it only lasted me about a day. Very impressed with the life. I've been rotating through the two batteries that came with my kit, so they should hopefully last me for a while.

:)

A co-worker of mine picked me up one yesterday evening at the local store. He said it was weird because they apparently didn't want to sell him one.... ??? Not sure why. He said one of the sales guys said they didn't have them, but he told them he just received an email alert saying they were in-stock, and the website had them. Even the manager (the British guy) said they couldn't sell them yet or something like that. Eventually he talked them into selling him three (one for me!), but he said it was really weird. I was actually going to pick up a second one tonight on my way home but didn't get a chance.

ANYWAY, I love it. The vapor production is probably double, and the flavors are MUCH better. I'm very impressed with it, and I imagine a lot of the people who have complained about low flavor on the tank will be happy with this. Also, the nicotine hit is much greater. I never really got that same 'pow' as I did smoking cigarettes, but I do with the LR atty. I even got a little dizzy when I first tried it out.

It does drink juice like theres no tomorrow though. About 2-3x that of a normal atty.

Hi everybody,

i just received my first ego-t LR atomizer, i might be the first in the wolrd reviewing this product :)

this is going to be a first impressions review rather than a proper review as i'm just using this new toy for about a hour or so.

As advertised it measure 1.8 Ohms.

well, after blowing the primer off , puncturing and filling the tank (leaving some air as always) i took 5-6 false draws and let it sit for a coule of minutes.
Then i started vaping, it took maybe 15-20 drags to the atty to break in and BOOM,
it started producing a great amount of vapour, very nice hit and and a very good flavour possibly on par or better than a standard 2.2 ohm tanky.
vapour is lil warmer than standard T's and you can take shorter draws as it vapourize faster.

As i'm not a fan of 'pure' LR's (1.5ohm) i'm very pleased this baby do not cook and waste flavours at all.
In my opinion the decision to tweak the resistance to 1.8 was a great choise,
I absolutely love this atty and believe it's a nice upgrade to the standard version.

I ddn't have to tweak anything to make it wick good,
this unit i have it just wicks perfectly out of the box, i'm very very satisfied.

I can recommend it to any ego-t users, but i just need to see how it hold in the long term, if it does fine i will certainly stock these up instead of standard tankys.

Ournature,

What would be your opinion?

I have generally disliked most forms of LR atties. So I'm wary of this since I'm happy with the stock atty.

Is the difference like the difference between the 510 and 510 LR? Hot vapor, altered flavor?

I'll probably try one. But I've always found your opinions helpful.

Hi Cozz,
it's pretty much the same for me, i tried several LR's in the past but i didn't like any of them.
the 'T' LR i got (i have just one) it measure 1.8 ohms and do not run hot like other 1.8 LR models i tried in the past.
I find it very well balanced, it's not altering flavours i tried so far.
The difference between T and T LR is nothing like the difference between 510 and 510 LR in my opinion.
Compared to a brand new standard T this specific unit i have is pretty similar in performance, just let's say 15% warmer vapor, 15% more vapor and 15% more hit.

I still like the standard (i have few in stock) but i feel like this 'mellow tweaked' LR might be a nice upgrade.
This morning i tried to switch back to the standard and i didn't feel like it was less interesting, i like both versions.
Probably i like more the LR right now but it might be just the fact it's a new toy.

I suggest you to try just one and see how do you like it..

I have to admit, the urge to rush out and buy a half dozen of these is pretty damn high. I've been waiting for a LR tank atty to come on the market. However, after seeing how TW doesn't offer warranties on their LR tank atties because they tend to pop a lot sooner, I'm a little wary.

I think I'll wait and let someone else see how long these last. $12 is a lot of money for something that pops after a few days. Speaking of price, $12 seems a little high for something without a warranty.

Hell yeah i totally agree with you. they should try to match ovales price, then I'd be in heaven.

Ovale's eGo-T atty is 12.50 and I do not see the LR atty available from them. What is it you would like them to match? TW is selling it for $11.04

I'd like to know how the LR Tank Atty compares to a LR 306....

Mine arrived in the mail today...more vapor than the regular...taste slightly improved...not quite there yet. But I am comparing it to a Cisco LR306...that thing is hard to beat!!! Now if we can get him to build a tank model................
