hi oblong
I can only emagen its the small black one in there in the package which is 5.7 by 0.8 mm as close I can mesure it.
just filled my tank up again and don't want to open it .

It is a sealed unit when you pull the tank off. I find it to be very easy to check in on the coil at any time. And not even get any juice on your hands.

Sounds like eciggity got through to them. Based on the message; it's probably in transit or preparing for transit to them now.
Indeed they are. Here's a snip of an email from ECiggity:
"
Thank you for taking your time to reach out to us.
Yes, we will be carrying these, we are expecting the delivery within 5-7 business days. :)"

I put the calipers to the chimney and the O-ring and ordered some 1.5mm X 12.5mm Metric Buna-N 70. They are on the way. Once it get's here I am going to break one of the tanks down and see if that works in the chimney and size the rest. I will test the tank and if the results are good I'll post all the sizes.

Only by not lubing, and I don't know of other chinese tanks that do. The tolerances are tight on this one. Replacing 2 orings is Not a deal breaker, and it may just be the person that assembled mine.

I got the tank off. It's was snug though, but in a way that's good. Very tight tolerance and seal on the tank.. I think just putting some soapy water in the tank would help most people that have trouble.

The tank is great, I'm thinking you'd be missing out big time if you didn't order it. I think the wick layout, juice feed, and deck design beats the lemo hands down. This has been the simplest tank to set up, wick, and use, I've ever had. Not a single fuss vaping it.

What else are you looking at?

I like the tank I guess I'm kind of stuck on lemo 2 and mt rta..

I like the carefree design of the lemo 2.. I can leave it in my truck on its side airflow closed and it won't leak..climate change and there no leaks..I've had the tank for months...and have had no problems with wicking unless I'm trying to push 5.5v through a coil..I can chain vape at 4.8v easily.

The mt-rta is massive but when I try and hit it at 5.5v it dry hits...so I keep it around 4.8v and chain vape
It's like those 2 tanks have covered alot of whats already out imho....unless your chain vaping pushing 6v to the coil then I would consider the bachelor..but I don't think it's possible

Nothing wrong with being "stuck" on a tank... if you are getting a good, satisfying vape that you love don't let "shinyitis" get to ya :)

If the top refill seal isn't sealing it will leak due to loss of vacuum. I think your losing vacuum.

How's your refill seal look?

I've had no problems. What's size coil? Is your juice 100pg?

I had it leak some once because I didn't have the juice control closed during filling. They recommend you wait a minute before you open the juice control after filling it.

Okay, I need clarification. I get a LOT of leakage down behind the airflow control ring. I am assuming that the two o-rings in the pic are either dried out or to small. I did lube them on the outside (not taking them off). Is this my problem? Or is it a combination of seals (filling and bottom)?

Well, I found out how the bottom coil deck/510/AFC it held together. Dropped the tank over the weekend and the top tank along with the coil deck popped off.

It's pressed into the base, and the positive pin is attached to the coil deck bottom. I was able to press it back together with much effort, so I DO NOT recommend anyone try to disassemble the coil deck from the 510. So far, it's held together fine since the repair.

When it happened, I was more concerned with seeing if it would go back together than take pics, so no pics of how it looks apart.

On another note, I've also noted that leaking can occur when the coil is too low to the air hole. Had some sporadic leaking on my last rewick and coil. Put in a new one with a 3mm coil sitting with the top about .5mm above the top of the cup. Works like a charm now.

Make sure the tank is screwed down tight. Look for any damage on the orings like cuts or tears. There are replacements for them..
Ecf- I found the oring I was missing, so I did receive both base orings.

The top base oring is the primary seal, the bottom seal is secondary. But I think if the primary leaks the secondary seal at the bottom will allow some weepage because the bottom oring is at the set screws, and unsupported in that area..

You upper base oring probably got scored the first time it was taken apart.. It's really tight and in use you want to make sure it's always lubed and push the base in first, till it stops, before you screw it in or it will tear the oring on the threads again.

Based on the picture, you don't have enough wicking filling the slots. They should be completely full from top to bottom, and sticking out a smidge past the edge of the base.

Pushing 6.5 volts / 42w to it on the regular with 94% vg using Rayon Wick.. :vapor:

And this is my first build with it, and wick, it could take 50w with some adjustments.

Oh I feel ya, I was stuck on one tank for a year and a half before I got this.

6.5v....dang!!!! That's impressive.

Cotton could probably handle around 6 then you think?
