@Cirus .. When you wick it, just ensure the wick fills the entire U shaped channel. You should not have any leakage.

I just replaced the stock coil with a 28g SS316 build. The build came out to 0.72 ohms. Its performing much better now. Running it in TC mode. Much better battery life. The ramp up needed for the stock coil was killing my battery.

I REALLY NEED HELP WITH LEAKING :(

I have a new Nano
My O rings are good
I have watched a dozen U Tube vids on how to wick it and I am doing it right.
I have tried to wick it with many different coils and still leaks.
Its not a slow leak either it about half a tank at once.

If anyone has any idea's please help
Thanks in advance

For me, I wrap a 3mm ID coil. I cut a 7mm wide piece of KJD. I peel it into two pieces then put the pieces together 'inside out'. Pull it through so the cotton goes through without twisting. Cut it on a slight angle just a hair (not even 1 mm) past the edge of the barrel/U channel.
Push it gently so there is no light coming through the U channel. Check that no cotton (even a strand) is on the o-ring.
Vape.
No leaks yet, unless I am foolish and forget to close the JFC and AFC before filling.

@Cirus & @LarryPer, it would be easier to help you guys if you can post a pic of your builds.

If it's not a slow leak I am inclined to think it's not a wicking problem but a missing o-ring though.

I was gonna look it up and post it again but ECF doesn't work well for me right now and I can't get pages to load so perhaps you want to look it up yourself; some pages back there's a pic of the inside chamber of the Bachelor with the infamous chimney o-ring, are you sure you have that one in place Larry?

Luck!
Seriously, if the tank itself is not broken/damaged in some way, I have not had a leak on any of my Bachelors.
As self proclaimed 'King of Leaks', that is saying something. On a recent holiday, I packed four Crowns with RBAs. In the two weeks I was gone, all 4 leaked. Some oozed, some just flat dumped the tank. Some in a day, some took a couple of days. I even put factory coils in. Same results, except the factory coils were nicer as none of them dumped more than 20-30% of the juice at a time.

My second Nano just came in today, and since I ordered a black one I figured I needed something black to put it on as well :D

It's hard to tell from the pics but it is a slightly off-black, it looks more like anthracite to me. The new box is nice by the way, even has a magnet to open and close it.

It's already leaking on me though, I'm about to open it up again to see what's going on inside.

I'll be back.

edit: I just cleaned it again and changed the clear o-ring in the chimney as well as the little black one on the outside of the chimney. The clear one looked fine but was stuck in there right out of the box for some reason. The little black one seemed smaller and thinner than the spares that were included.

So far so good now, although I'm afraid to open up the JFC entirely. It just dumped an entire tank within minutes the first time around so I'm a bit careful now. I'm soo sick and tired of having sticky juice on everything :-x

JFC is really tight on the new one by the way, you almost have to wrestle it to adjust it. First time I encountered that on one of these.

Yes Thanks

Alright then. I kinda figured because mine was just trickling without that o-ring but we had to make sure.

Since my most recent experience above I suggest you check the little black o-ring between the chimney and the tube that goes up above it. When I removed the one that came installed on my black Nano and placed it on a paper towel next to the spares that came with it it looked noticeably thinner then the spares. Maybe it's the wrong one or maybe it's just stretched somehow but replacing that one with a spare seems to have done the trick for me.

I'll report back later today if it'll still hold up with the JFC fully open, I'm still working up the guts to try that ;)

That might not be a bad idea, good luck & fingers crossed!

My fix seems to hold up luckily, I was about ready to throw it in the dumpster when I realized I had received yet another leaking Bachelor.

But now that it worked I might try and see if I can get the full size version to stop from leaking as well some time.

In all fairness there is way too much wrong with these EHPro products though, out of the 4 Bachelors I've received only one worked flawless right out of the box. I can no longer recommend these products to new users because of that.

Can anyone tell me a little more about the reputation of this brand perhaps? I'm fairly new to these products and frankly I had never heard of them before. Just curious if they're know for solid products or that the overall Bachelor experience in this thread is basically what they're known for.

EHPro has a long history in the atty market. Big in the clone market as well.
This is my 2nd go with their products. 1st was a Squape R clone which I didn't care for at all. Now the Bachelor which is OK but in my opinion there are much better tanks on the market that are comparable in price.
Mind you this is subjective as other folks love this atty.
I can't say I'll never buy another EHPro product but I'll certainly lower my expectations. For 30 dollars it's no big deal if it's less than great.

So I filled the new black Nano to the brim before going to bed last night and it was still bone dry when I checked it this morning. So I screwed it on the little Nugget, went to the kitchen to make my coffee, and when I came back to it it had spat out it's entire content through the two air-flow holes.

JFC wasn't even open yet, all I did was screw it on to a mod and sat it down :(

I'm done here, still debating the Theorum, Goblin mini V2 and Serpent mini to try next, but no more Bachelors for this Bachelor.

I'm gonna try to get my money back though. I mean, how many spare parts does one need, right? I don't know how they did it but apparently they accidentally made a few of these that are problem free but it is clearly not the norm.

I absolutely love my problem free Nano, the deck, the ease of filling, the flavor! I just wish they could make more like that one but apparently it's too difficult to get right.

They are a little more expensive over here in Europe though, like almost everything else unfortunately. Here we have to pay around 40 bucks for a device that spreads your e-liquid everywhere you go :p

I'm sorry it didn't work for you, I wish I understood but i don't know why neither.

Still not liking the looks of the deck of the Serpent mini but it's on my list because everyone seems so positive about it.

Alright, I'm outta here folks, good luck to all of you.

Fwiw, some folks that grabbed them when they first came out, like me, are getting flooding and dumping of juice, so it's not just you. I fear that I'm next.

Great reading your posts and chatting brother. I have moved on myself to the Merlin single coil.

Oh great, it's just a matter of time then before my good Nano starts spitting on my mods as well, lol

I better buy something else quick, since it is the only RTA I have that works right now. Or back to the Toptank it is :(

I've heard about the Merlin but when I looked in to it it wasn't available yet. I'll check it out and see how people like it, although I rather not buy something until it has a proven track-record this time. I love vaping but I just can't stand the feeling of e-juice on my skin.

See you around I'm sure
