Long time series advocate here, the 3s battery never even breaks a sweat. All the mod needs to do is restrict or filter the voltage, much more efficient and easier than boosting.. The amp load in the 3s batteries is 1/3 that of a single cell. You can kinda liken amperage to the throttle position on a car. The deeper into the gas the less mileage you get..... As a generalization.

Still love my onboard lipos.. If your shopping for a new mod right now. . All the haters have caused the manufactures to mostly go back to imrs.. I have very few choices at this time..

The mileage analogy would be good for runtime.
I'd liken the ease of series "stacked" voltage to lower RPMs being easier on your engine (battery).

As for LiPos... while they can get angrier when abused, I did say they have advantages.
Higher amp draws and ability to select a pack that can handle the mod's max wattage among them.

They're also lighter for equivalent potential, I just like being able to swap-n-go.

Thanks guys, that actually made some sense!

Too be honest the efficiency of the DNA75 doesn't sound all that impressive compared to whatever they were comparing it to, lol

I'll do a bit more research before I decide, maybe that other one with the LIPO and dual 18650 is a better choice after all. I wouldn't mind keeping on avoiding having to buy some 18650s personally.

Still hoping @MMW will chime in with his thoughts on the IPV6X as well though.

I suspect this derail will continue until someone reviews the B II. :)

So far no one seems to bother, lol, might as well.

I do have a slightly more on-topic pic to close with though :)

BN (GN) vs Hurricane Junior clone, the SJMY version.

So far it doesn't compete to Good Nano, but I might have wicked it a little too tight. Much more airflow on the HJC by the way, much much more.

I already broke the glass on it though, first time I broke the glass on a tank ever! Luckily I was sharp enough to order a spare with it.

Good find, you might have to change your name to o-ring-guy if you keep this up :p
Trying to find a solution for my leaking I read everything on FT discussions concerning Bachelors. That's where I found the link and heard they do not ship to the US. That's also where I found a size for the o-rings for the base/threads.

They do ship to my country, and also sell the little white silicon disk underneath the hinged topcap separately I just noticed.

If there's enough interest from you American Vaporists I'd be happy to place an order and send them on to the US where one of you can distribute them among each other. Shipping to my country alone is already ten bucks though, so there would have to be at least a few of you to make this worthwhile.

I can ship them to the US for much less then they ship to me though, as long as it still fits in a padded envelop that wouldn't add much at all.
That's very kind of you! I'd be interested if there's enough of us to bring the cost down enough to justify it. The single small fat o-ring is of interested to me. I think it takes the abuse when opening and closing the JFC. I've already replaced the one that came on it because it was a little rough. I used one of the drip tip o-rings and it works great. Smoother and easier actually, and doesn't seem to have a negative effect, but having 'the right one' might be nice. Then of course the flat one. I haven't got around to ordering Buna-N sheets to try and make my own, and don't really want to. I'm already on the spare so if I don't do something, eventually this BN will be useless. Then I'll be getting another Tobeco Kayfun 5 I guess. Horrible of Ehpro to not offer replacement kits.

I'll let you know if more people show interested but right now you're the first one to respond to my offer. I could add one set of o-rings for myself so I'd have to chip in on those shipping cost too though, and bring the number down a bit for you guys. But I think we need at least one more, shall we give it a week or so?

I think EHPro did offer spares at some point, otherwise how would this set you linked to be available? I vaguely remember reading something about spare sets of o-rings being available shortly earlier in this thread but I believe they sold out rather quickly, perhaps this German shop is one of the few who still has some in stock?

Probably. I haven't read the entire thread. I have searched it pretty thoroughly, but have certainly missed some things. That's why I'm not o-ring man :p

It personal preference and the majority just has a difference preference than I. :)

I just like never having to swap or charge separately.. :)

My bachelor is doing decently very little weep age the last day... Another cause of leaking, of course , is any wick getting onto the orings. I've found that after I install it with a new wick I take it back off and clear and strands that found their way onto the orings. Really helps!

It appears we're the only two on this forum that prefer build in batteries :(

Must be that freaky Rayon stuff you use, I never have that problem with my Native Wicks cotton ;)

So has your Bachelor (you only have the one full size version?) ever been completely dry?

I'm surprised you keep using it if it keeps weeping on you, I can't stand getting e-liquid everywhere personally.

I would throw down for that o-ring set if there is enough interest. Just like the TFV4 my co worker has, I can see that o-ring failing eventually like his. Thanks. Other than that took mine on a short vacation and it didn't miss a beat. 101F weather and not a sign of a leak or flood because of the water like ejuice. JFC was fully open with 80vg\20pg, I was definitely impressed. Might have to get another, ugh, my wallet is so empty.

You better be careful there, I tried getting a second and am now 5 Bachelors in, without ever managing to score a second one that works without issues... :p

But I'll put you on the list and get back to you if/when this goes through

Hey @MMW & @Jim_ MDP, I've been looking around some more; what do you guys think about the Lost Vape Therion and the IPV6X?

The Therion has parallel dual 18650s, would that mean that it's safe(r) to charge them on-board?
I have the D2, 3-li, 4s, and 2 IPV5's. I would grab a 5. I use ss in tcr and it works great. I'm not sure about the 6x and what improvements it would have.

Woops, I must have missed that post, sorry.

The 5 doesn't look bad neither, but I decided just to stick with what I got for now.

For some reason I'm enjoying the vape from the less accurate Nugget more then the smoothness of the Cuboid mini after a few days. Not sure what's up with that but with that in mind I should probably stick to the cheapies for now.

I love my full size Bachelor. Food flavor. But my Nano is flavorless. Same build in both tanks. Thoughts or suggestions?

Too much wick perhaps..?

The HCigar VT200 is on flashsale (the black one only and for two more days) @Gearbest for just over 80 (euro) bucks and I couldn't resist.

This is all your fault @Jim_ MDP !!

I think I'll enjoy playing around with it and if not I can probably flip it again without too much of a lost. Spare batteries are around 13 bucks and in stock @FT by the way, in case anyone is looking to score one too.

Crap, I have joined the ranks of... The Enablers.

Do I get a mask? :p

You should see if Ecig ships to you.
While they last... the HotCig LiPo is back, at $55. The DNA200 chip is $80 by itself.
If you could get on the 18650 bandwagon... the incredible $80 deal is back (while supplies last) on the HCigar VT133 (DNA200 chip). And the SMY SDNA75 is still $50.

If I like it I'll get you a mask, lol

I rather not order from the US. Shipping usually adds 20 to 30 bucks or more, then there's a 13 euro customs fee upon arrival in my country plus 21% in taxes over the price of the item as well as over the shipping costs. It usually comes down to our full local retail-prices that way so there's nothing to gain I'm afraid.

For some reason there never are any added fees and taxes when ordering from China, so that's the way to go for most of us in Europe.

The black VT133 is also on flash sale at Gearbest by the way, comes in just under 80 euro bucks.

If the Therion would've been a 133 chip I would have gone with that one, but lets see how I get along with this chip first before even considering another mod :)

I've had the Nano version just sitting in a box unopened for a while now. Decided to finally open it up when I was recoiling some of my other tanks. Put in a Ti coil and it is working like a champ in temp control.

Dammit...I should have opened this one up sooner. This is a great little tank, and is putting out some good flavor too. Taking this one out with me today and try and make up for the months of neglect.

They are quite the little performers.
For weeks and weeks now, mine has been my FA Tobac tank.
I keep having to reduce the amount of flavor. :p

Have to ask... what's that tube mod?
It's a nice pairing, I just don't recognize the display.
