I changed my orings and still have the same little bit of seepage but use 50/50 liquid. Ordering more this weekend. I guess I'll up the vg to 70 and report back.

They are very easy to tear, especially the first time putting it together with new orings.
Had my bachelor for a few weeks now and love this little beast, yes I have had some leaking but not major amounts here and their.
But last night went to fill it up, and the white rubber seal at the top decided to come off, put it back but it won;t go back properly, closed it up, 5 minutes later notices all the juice had decided to leak out the air holes, looks like the white rubber top seal got caught when I closed the top and didn't make a proper seal.
Looks like I need to order another one as I do love this rta !!

Sounds like they cheaped out on o-rings in the later batches then.
That theory went out the window as well by the way. When I let it sit a bit longer the entire tank goes empty so the problem must be elsewhere, not up top in the chimney.
My juice always contains at least 85% pure, thick VG.
Did it get mangled or is it possibly just not at the proper rotation.
I'm sure you noticed it has a small raised ring on the underside for each of the two juice holes so those need to be aligned for it to close easily. You can feel them pop into position.
Well, it looks like 3avape is leaving me hanging with that leaking Nano they've send me.
I told them several times I'm not going to make a video and that I simply want to return the faulty unit they've send me so I can get a replacement or my money back, like they've promised me.
I did fill the darned thing up again, let it leak, and took some pictures of that instead but they simply aren't responding to my emails anymore.
Although I thought it was a reasonable request to ask for a video, demanding it is just ridiculous imo. I'm not a video guy, I never take video. Let alone know how to edit it or send such a long file per email.
It looks like they are trying to avoid having to pay for return shipping like it says they will in the terms and conditions in their return policy.
Anyone has an idea how I can put the pressure on perhaps? It may just be 20 bucks but I have no intentions letting them get away with this.

Juice comes today but it won't be going in this tank. After a new 3mm ID coil and trying a different method of wicking I had almost no leaking for two days. Couldn't wait to get the 80vg juice in it for no leaking. Woke up this morning with more than ever on the mod. Closed the jfc and it felt ruff. Cleaned up, vaped, filled, jfc still felt wrong, and on my way to work when I grabbed it out of my bag the tank had emptied itself. Not happening again. Merlin or Serpent Mini here I come.
I got a Serpent mini incoming myself, the Merlin is a little too big for my liking right now but I am keeping an eye on that one too.
Yeah, that top bothered me from the get go... Put an Evod-sized vape band on and that top will never open on me... Ever. Bwahaha!

I have theMerlin for about 10 days. No leaking at all. Great flavor as well.
I use max VG, wicks like a charm. I don't ever take my Bachelor out of the house. Zero faith in this tank. Doesn't leak but but it will seep out around the base if left idol.
I've been using RTAs for more than 3 yrs so I feel comfortable in my ability to wick correctly. I own about 25-30 and have always been able to move about with the others.
If its defective so be it , not worth the effort to get it all sorted out.

I have one of each size and neither have 0-ring issues, difficulties with AFC or JFC (too tight, too loose) and both of my pinned top caps need a bit of force to open. Not sure how I'd manage to knock one loose.

On the fence about buying a Bachelor, I have 2 Merlins and not a drop from either one if wicked correctly. As far as the black glass on the Merlin, the black coating is on the outside of the glass. My glass is fine. Did not want to derail this thread, just answering questions of concern.

My top cap will open up if sneeze in the direction of my bachelor.
I guess it's really hit or miss on the QC. Don't think I have any o ring issues.
No worship coming from me. Just want to be able to use it with some degree of confidence.
