I have a new Heatvape Defender 50w on the way. I read Gran give a good recommendation on its thread . Hope he's ok.

And hope Vera, Mom and Grandma are ok, too.

OOOH, I have a Defender 50W, too, Kivrin. I love it -- HOT pink! All the Air tanks look great and work great on it, too.
It's a dream and I love just popping in a fresh battery when needed. It's plug and play simple.
You do have to re-train your thumb to be sure you are depressing the fire button properly. It is a little different than the isticks. Just takes a day or two.
What color did you get? Hope you love it!

Hey Jingles -- I didn't want to like this one, so that is a "sympathy" like. The same rain is supposed to hit us starting tonight and go for a good 24 hours or so. It's going to be bad for the bones and the HAIR!
How far away from Detroit are you? I always wonder and then forget to ask! I am only about 30 miles from the Ohio border.

HAHA -- different strokes, right? Either way, thumb or index, you will see that you need to not be lazy with the Defender fire button (at least that's how mine is). You have to be more "precise" but it only takes a bit to get the hang of it. Since you use your index finger, you will probably be better than me right off the bat. More control with the finger than my big fat thumb!
