Agreed. Nickel is not the ideal TC wire but it's all the istick 40W officially supports (DNA40 too). Tempered Ni200 is much easier to work with. If it can fit in the GS Air head, a 28g, 9/10 wrap @ 2mm will net approximately .1Ω as well. A 7/8 wrap would yield .08Ω, which is certainly vapable. I have two Ni200 coils in use right now; one at .06Ω, the other at .09Ω. Both vape great in TC.

Others here would have to chime in with their thoughts on max geometry of coil for the GS Air head. @Cheechako @LynnNC , what say you two?

OK, there 45 minutes I'll never get back! You got me! Tried the suggested "Trick" several times, then painfully slooooowly navigated to Oct. 28, 2015 and waded through all the Baby Pics and Congratulations! No Easter Egg For Eleaf iStick 40W TC!

If you shut off the 40W TC, then hold down the up button and the fire button at the same time for 20 seconds, the TI feature will turn on or off.
Please try that...

I rarely get it, but I got some for working on Christmas Eve and it WAS nice.

I had 8 hours for Christmas Eve and couldn't believe what a difference it made in my paycheck. Still, I almost ALWAYS prefer my time off to the extra money, but it WAS nice.

Right now the OT and extra money is what's helping me get the things I need and want. With working tomorrow, I'll have 14 hours of OT for this week plus another 4 next week so 18 hours of OT on my next check.

OK, Apologies! Found the mention, and found out why it didn't work when I tried it! You have to have an atomizer installed while doing the trick! I tried it with just the bare mod, and nothing happened! That means I can build with Ti wire, which should be much more doable!

OK, Apologies! Found the mention, and found out why it didn't work when I tried it! You have to have an atomizer installed while doing the trick! I tried it with just the bare mod, and nothing happened! That means I can build with Ti wire, which should be much more doable!

Hmmm...my 40W will do it without an atomizer attached.
You had to push both the up button and fire button with the 40W deactivated for 20 seconds, right?

TC40w - not sure if I had a topper on or not...

before Ti option was turned on, I used Ti wire in Ni mode
and it worked just fine...
actually I seen NO Diff when I engaged the Ti mode

I just think it a wonderful 'lil unit... !
