Love my Pico, but it's starting to throw a fit. Ever since I started using it a few months ago, it drops the wattage setting .2 watts every day. Now it's dropping 1.4 watts minutes after setting it to 26, it drops to 24.6, and I'd I let it go, in a half hour it will be down to 14 something.

My buttons are locked when this happens.

Any help?

Did you update the firmware? Try leaving them unlocked? I don't have this happen on the ones I use but the one my brother's girlfriend uses (that I maintain/refill for her) that I keep locked always drops when you change a tank or battery.

It's a software bug. If you turn the Pico on and unscrew and rescrew your tank you can reproduce it. After the FW update the steps changed into .2W, after flashing back it went back to the 'normal' .1W. Maybe a new FW update in some unforeseen future will solve this bug.

Edit: this will also occur when changing batteries and turning the device off and on.

Strange, this behavior completely went away on all of my Pico's (6 of them) with the new firmware.

Well I just received my Pico from LitecigUSA and they sent me the wrong one. I ordered the brushed silver and they sent me the old silver. Guess I'll call them on Monday, as they aren't open today. I guess it shouldn't be that big a deal, except that I ordered from them, in particular, because they had the new brushed silver in stock.

I have an original silver, but really like the look of the brushed better. Have one coming from FT sooner or later, which is why I decided to wrap the plain silver. The plain is nice, but I agree with you the brushed is preferable. Hopefully, they'll sort it out for you.

Now this is impressive. I sent in a ticket, about an hour ago and they sent back this message:
"I apologize for the error on your order. We will get the correct kit and a return label shipped out to you on Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience."
...and they aren't even listed as being open on Saturday. That's how customer service should work. :)
