The main project page is basically the user manual, the general configuration is very intuitive.Just flashed the Artic Fox software on one of my Picos. Clock works on the Pico? Is there a user manual somewhere? Also, do all changes to settings need to be done in the software & then downloaded or can you still access menus on the Pico itself and make adjustments?
The clock works but will not keep proper time since there is no RTC chip on the Pico. You can edit all of the profile parameters right from the Pico itself, except for profile names and if they are enabled or not.
i dont drop my mods,, but i vape a lot (30ml/day) with rings on my fingers and tools in my hands,, grease and grime too.......mine still look new. (grey bought in May2016) i have 3 more 1 grey + 2 brushed packed away) + 1 squeeze still looking for a good atty...2 narda's lost in the mail waiting for 60 days at slowtech to replaceCorrect. It's become a popular smaller tank these days.
I like my Pico for in my pocket with a Super tank mini on top. I put a wrap on it when I first got it, so no idea of the paint underneath, but the top and bottom metal decks as well as the battery cap still look fine.
How are ya Troll! The clock works but will not keep proper time since there is no RTC chip on the Pico.
It shows up as military time but like I said, I'm in the midst of trying to get it synchronized in real time (the Evic Mini has an analog clock & a military setting). Mine are too fast. The adjustment is in settings under rtc-speed adjustment. I re-adjusted it this morning again to slow it down a little more. I'm just doing it in increments every day or twice a day. I'll let you know if I ever get a normal/stable setting.Clock works on the Pico?

I'm still tweaking at the moment. It's getting real close to being sychronized. Believe me, for the life of me, I will get it sychronized because my ocd will not stand for it!!I turned off the clock myself, because this morning it displayed the time as about 25 minutes fast. I was fine without a clock beofore, but having the wrong time displaying would drive me absolutely batty.
Do let us know if you find a way to fix it, so it constantly displays the time correctly. The analog doesn't appear to be available on the Pico, correct?
Hey IMR!How are ya Troll!Yeah, there is a setting for adjusting the speed and I've played around with it but I still haven't found the right setting. I'm getting close. When I find it, I'll tell you.
The Evic mini does the same (I guess that's because IT doesn't have an RTC chip either since it's not a v2).![]()
I may have the tweak numbers very soon. Clock has been right on the money since early this morning.Hey IMR!
Doing great and really good to see you on the threads!
My Pico and Cuboid don't get a whole lot of use these days, 2 Hohm Wrecker G2's, an iPV8, a Minikin 2 and the VT133 are my EDC.
Personally, I wouldn't put too much effort into the clock aspect of that firmware on a non RTC device. But, like anything in this vape game, YMMV!If you do get it hammered down, then yes, please share.
The ArcticFox config program has an option to save your configuration just like eScibe. The only problem is when you flash an updated ArcticFox firmware to the device, you can't load your saved configuration file...

All of your customization will have to be reentered as well as reloading any wire (SS430) CSV files. Kind of a useless feature to save a configuration if it is not loadable down the road.
So keep track of your clock speed settings since you will need to enter them again if you update.
This was mentioned as an issue on the project page, but is of no importance to the firmware creator.![]()

Thanks ccwaters! If your referring to the obsolete file error you get when attempting to load the config file with the new version of NFET you can get around it by saving your current config file off the device with updated version before you reflash, then use the newly saved config.
I use the same config file across all my devices, RX200, 200S, VTC Mini, Cubiod, Pico, ETC. Also when I update to a newer firmware package all my customizations have thus far remained on the device.
There might be an 18650 mod with a recessed deck that creates a smaller package, atomizer included. I use a short 22 mm rda and a slip ring to control leaking so the pico is going to the the smallest that will work for me.is the pico still the smallest 18650 TC mod still?
