Checking differently wired attys on three JTech mods a couple of days ago, the full size Bachelor ended up on the Pico. It's plenty heavy now. [emoji14]

When I go out shopping in a bit, I think I'll put an original PC iSub on it.
That's makes for a very light pairing. Quite pocket friendly. :D

I purchased one of these for myself, its such an awesome little machine, everything about it is great.

I did have one problem though. I wanted to use the stock 0.5ohm coil but it seemed to have a ramp up time of about 1-2 seconds before getting any vape. I switched to 0.3ohm and it was fine.

Do you think the 0.5ohm coil may have been faulty? Anyone else have this issue?

I have some more 0.5ohm coils coming as I'm vaping 12mg nic, but can't test for a while.

Anyone have delay start time using 0.5ohm?

You didn't say what wattage you were getting the long ramp up with.

Though I haven't tried the 0.5, they're rated up to 100w and one reviewer put the sweet spot at about 90w. They might be just a bit much for the Pico. :p

I know when I do pop it in... I'll be using it on a 2 cell mod.
I did use the 0.3 for a while (rated to 80w) and had it over 50 most of the time.

Starting to hope that eLeaf sealed the 510 connector right... Today's rewick of the GM made it start dumping juice around again. Most of it went into the channels around the 510 pin thankfully, but a drop or two did dribble down *gasp*.

Back to the wicking drawing board. It does make you understand why TrollDragon would throw the 510 heatsink under his GM though.

Saw a pic of a Diablo RTA on a Pico up on FT, really not bad. Now thinking of getting one just for the velodeck and side AFC intakes (so it'll... y'know... leak to the sides).

Here's the pic. I wonder if the owner is up on here.

And I'm totally digging the hard industrial looks of that Aromaniser too.

I immediately swapped the 0.5 into it thinking lower wattage, longer battery life. Same thing...long ramp up unless I put the power higher than I wanted. I shelved the Melo III until my rebuildable ECR head comes in. I'll try it at 1.0 Ohm or 1.5 and see if it works better for me.

I had my GMv2 leak a few times, only while filling and totally my fault. It is now married to that heat sink, so if it does leak again it's much easier to clean.

I wonder how scratch proof the paint is gonna be on that black one. It'll be awesome if it's anodized though, and I have to agree that it looks smoking hot.

Besides, getting the all black one would mean that I'll have to get a black GMv2 to match lol... or I could just run the other one with the all black Magister I already have.

Dangit... Hanging out here is proving to be quite detrimental for my wallet lol.

On another note, how accurate would you guys say the Ohm reading is on the Pico? I really can't tell by myself because the Pico is the *only* thing I have that reads resistance lol.
The Pico reads my current coil at 1.34 ohm. My vtc mini sees 1.38. I don't think that difference is sigificant. It would be accounted for by different resistances in the internal electrical pathways in the mods.

Thanks for the comparison. That's really not too shabby at all for the little Pico really.

I had the 0.5ohm coil between 25-30watts.

I've also come across a small problem using the stock Melo 3 mini tank this evening.

If I leave the tank connected to the mod whilst charging the heat from the 18650 battery charging heats up my e-liquid and it leaks, leaks the entire tank from somewhere. And I'm not entirely sure on the ratio of my juice as I have it imported.

Its quite cool here as well in Australia, we're heading into Winter.

For now I will remove the tank, and absolutely love the entire unit regardless.

Ok, you busted me. That is exactly what that is. So more like a Nano on Pico. (ducking)

Tried to mask it with that vapeband aye? ;)

I was starting to think EHPro had stolen that design from another company, haha.

It looks bigger then I expected on the Pico!

No wonder that PicoTank looked rather... suspicious. I didn't want to comment... thought someone else made another Pico tank... thus damning us to even worse bouts of confusion.

How's the Bachelor Nano running on your Pico though GeorgeS? That thing any good for MTLing?

Oh... and while twiddling with the GMv2 wicks (it was the tails goshdarnit... it was the tails all along!)... I kinda broke the Pyrex *horrified gasp*.

Thankfully I still had the in-box spare... but with my butterfingers I think I'm gonna have to go buy more.

Psssshhht, they sell an optional MTL kit for the Nano for just a few bucks extra.. ;)

I only use the more restricted mouthpiece from the MTL kit and haven't tried the more restrictive air-flow screws, but find that makes it adjustable enough in combination with the normal airflow control.

I am not a real MTLer though, I just like a slightly restricted draw. I usually leave the airflow wide open icw the MTL mouthpiece.

Drip tip flavour concentration. Nice.

So the MTL kit is extra then? I wonder if FT even sells the MTL kit... or if it's included in the FT BachNano bundle.
