I'm being lazy now, so I see a few posts up that they released another firmware upgrade? Is that true? Can someone give me a quick summary of what it does?

Nevermind, I can see from the web site. Does anyone find these features to be useful? I'm still on the original firmware. I don't use temperature control.

Softwares for iStick Pico - Eleaf electronic cigarette

Firmware V1.03 features four switchable display interfaces: Puff interface, Second interface, Voltage interface and simplified interface, allowing you to know your total puffs and total vaping seconds as well as to choose the interface you are most accustomed to. Also the preheat function is added.

How do you put on ur MOD?r their any known problems???

San Antonio,Texas

I don't see any current bug reports.

I downloaded it but it says can't open file?

San Antonio,Texas

What you downloaded is .bin or binary file, it is the firmware which needs to be applied to the mod. it is not an executable file. You'll need to grab the software for the PC end of it.

Here is a link to where you can download the PC app.

i noticed with that arctic fox firmware my wattage setting would change once in a while. i'd leave it at 75w and noticed it go to 68.8w every once in a while. that and, sometimes "TCR error" would appear on the screen while trying to take a vape, resulting in no vape. so it's got a couple bugs, at least. other than that, it's the nicest, most customizable, interface i've seen for the pico's small screen.

Running the ArcticFox firmware on 5 different devices 2 being Picos, I've seen neither of those problems. I have seen the changing wattage issues on my Pico, Cuboid, and VTC Mini with official release firmware, those issues eventually went away after a few revisions. That said if you do experience an error go to Github and post a message about it.

If I remember correctly both the Myevic, and ArcticFox firmware are based upon Cuboid 3.10 firmware, and are simply highly modded/expanded versions of it.

When I run the NToolbox, it opens fine. Clicking any of the choices bluescreens my computer.

Requirements
  1. Windows XP or higher;
  2. Have installed .NET Framework 4 or higher;
  3. Understanding that all actions with their devices, you do at your own risk

My first thought would be the .net 4 or higher.

1. Windows 10
2. Check - It appears that .NET Framework 4.6.1+ is native to Windows Aniv. Edition
3. Right

    I run it on my Cuboid and Pico as well and have seen no issues at all.

    3. Right

    Sorry, no idea then, probably something simple, I won't run Win 10, so not much help on it. A messaging system exists on Github, you can probably contact the author of the NFEtool from it for help.

    Sounds to me like a Windows problem, possible conflicting software or spyware/malware etc...
    Too hard to diagnose easily as there are so many factors involved.

    Have you tried the latest version? I run this one and the previous version on Windows 10 perfectly.

    Latest NFirmware & Toolbox
    https://github.com/TBXin/NFirmwareEditor/releases/download/6.3/NFirmwareEditor-v6.3.0.zip

    The new Toolbox requires the latest ArcticFox Firmware

    Yes, I have the latest, thanks. Does the ArcticFox Firmware need to be in the same folder as NFirmware Editior?

    I found this youtube video showing repair of the USB port issue. The video has some flaws and the comments are in german but it proves the problem can be repaired by someone with general electronics skills. If government interferes with supply of products it may be worth paying for the repair. The same would be true for mods with built in batteries.
