A couple suggestions for the users with connector problems on the istick (or any 510 mod)

Carefully lift the center pin with a jewlers screwdriver or dental pick. Then take a piece of dental floss and wrap is around the underside of the pin once or twice, tie it off with a surgeon's knot for no slippage. It will keep the pin elevated if your topper isn't screwed in too tight again.

This is exactly what I did a few weeks back on one of my wifes VV3'S.
A touch tedious getting it tied off but has to be the best fix yet!

I'm using an Aerotank but......I always put a 510 to 510 shorty connector in all my mods so I don't mess up the threads No probs with mine

Me too. Not only saves wear on the threads but the sealed ones will keep any juice leaks from getting into your mod.

Hey All,
Well vape mail came today and YES Istick was there. Love it !! Buttom easy to press and nice size with the protank 2 . Since loving it , I just ordered another . Love the program. Set to 3 volts and no burnt taste . Better order yours before the clones hit the market. If this came with a replaceable internal battery it would be perfect. It seems most manufacturers are looking for more power but I don't think that's what most people want. The Istick has plenty of power for me...........

Yes, I like it a lot.

After getting out of the house, we never saw poor Jiffy again. I like to think he was found by someone and is now in a loving home (and that's what I tell the kids), but in my heart I know he's no longer alive. Sucks not knowing though.

It's not just the Istick. Happens quite often on Innokin VV V3's and MVP2's too (which continue to be quite popular).

This is constant minor annoyance---thought my tanks or re-builds were bad (kept displaying NON)--til I read on ECF to "pull the pin".

mine that I ordered from Indy vapor is on its way.....should be here tomorrow I imagine.....sure hope I can use my Evods and Protank mini's on it....that is basically all I use.

I have four Kangertech EVOD tanks and one Protank mini 3. They all work great. The EVOD tanks have 1.8 Ω coils but they read 2.1Ω on my meter and on the iStick. My Protank mini 3 has 1.5 Ω coil and I will probably buy 2.0Ω coils. It works but pretty hot even at the lowest setting but no burnt taste with the juice I am using. All produce great flavor and a lot of vapor.

Hi Stew! Do you like it? I'm waiting for one to be delivered. How's the kitty? I've thought of you and her and the outcome, but was dealing with my Mom in hospice at home while we suffered thru end stage Multiple Myeloma. I ordered the istick because in my exhaustion, I put a battery upside down in my 2nd Cana and apparently fried the chip. Mistakenly ordered from vape outlet who claims it's lost in the mail.. Not a good month here.... So I'm hoping to smile about the cat...

Translation for lost in mail. They over sold and when the color you chose comes in they will be happy to ship it out . Been there done that

If any of you talking about the 510 to 510 adapter have one can you throw it on your istick with a clero so I have a general idea how much it ruins the appearance of this perfect little mod. I'm not wanting to go this route but my threads really got me worried and I don't want to strip it out in week one.

You have to Remember that when you Read in a thread about a Handful of People who have a Problem with a Connector (or Anything Else) that there is an Army of People who are Not having the same Issue.

The Problem is there is Only One real iStick Thread on the ECF.

If you Condensed every thread on the ECF for a Specific Mod into 1 Thread, you would See All Sorts of Problems.

I use protank coils all the time with mine. I rebuild them 2 in between 1.5 to 1.8 in use Japanese cotton for work. my watt use is at 5 and I will take you up to 10 at times with an original protank. Works great

pretty much my same setup....koh gen cotton also.....so really looking forward to my first one arriving tomorrow or Wednesday....
