If two hours of fruitlessly hitting F5 on the ecig.com site wasn't frustrating enough, I read today how some people purchased five iSticks. I would have liked to have had a shot at one! If ecig.com knew the iSticks were going to fly off the virtual shelves, they could have put in place a limit of "one per customer".

Looks like the vendor is still learning their trade. Maybe I'll revisit them after they figure things out.

Got it!

Silver and black available. It is just the iStick not the full kit. I was in a state of semi shock when the cart would not accept it. Rather than a repeat of the ecig.com fiasco I called them. The girl who answered the telephone is fast and efficient. She said it will be mailed today. If the North Houston sorting center doesn't decide to hold it for 2-3 days before sending it back north to me it should be here Monday or Tuesday.

And my vape mail arrived.

Scartn, because of you a lousy day turned out to be very nice. I can never thank you enough.

I spoke too soon. I went back to the site and added the IStick to my cart once again and I did get an order in. We shall see if it actually ships and when...

The girl who answered the phone (I didn't catch her name) said she would email the tracking number. For peace of mind give them a call.

Great deal, thanks for posting, just jumped on it. I'll gladly pay 5 extra bucks to not ever give ecig my business.

Agreed. I'm glad to see that people are able to get the iStick for a reasonable price somewhere else, and without the shenanigans. I've decided that I'm not going to risk getting bad one again after all. I'm going to wait for v2.0.

a 2bit vendor that will pull down legitimate complaints/comments doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt nor a 2nd chance at my credit card. I would and did pay 12 bucks more at another vendor. :2c:

AMEN, bunnomatic. All any of us can do now is speak with our wallets.

You're more forgiving than I am. As far as I'm concerned, the ONLY way they can rectify this is to offer them again (whenever they get them back in) to ANYONE at the $15.99 price. All they will commit to now, via FB, is "email us and we'll give you a good deal".

No thanks. Never, ever, EVER will I give them a 2nd chance. Fool me once...

Hey Donna,
Unfortunately we are now sold out and cannot honor the sale price when we get more in stock. We would be happy to put you on an email list for 15% off of the istick when we are re-stocked. What do you think?

That is the same exact thing they sent me in an email, I just told them that I do not see anyway after last night where they can restore my confidence in them as a company to go back.
