I been spending a LOT of time at my office the last couple weeks....seems like I been chain vaping to rid the nicotine urge.

Been trying to ween myself down off the nicotine, but I been doing way too fast I assume....started with 24mg, then 18, then, 12, 6, 3 within four months.....today I just couldn't get enough nicotine...I went to the vape shop and bought two bottles of 24mg....now I'm all set again.

Can take a vape off the 24mg and not want another vape for a couple hours.

Guess I'm starting from scratch again. Damn those cigarettes were addictive....absolutely incredible. Thank God the nicotine can ward off the urges of the other pollutants in those coffin nails...

I almost went for a Marlboro I have staring at me on my desk before getting the 24mg....but that's the last thing I'd ever do....I just have it there so I can give it a friendly single finger gesture once in a while.....:)

Stop beating yourself up and peruse this thread:http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/633573-vaping-nicotine-advantages.html

Inspects don't "force" yourself to ween off the nicotine it will happen naturally well it did for me. I started with 18mg and struggled continuing to smoke so I bumped up to 24mg and I finally quit then 24mg just became too strong a throat hit, too harsh so I lowered the nic down to 18mg and I was at 18mg for a long time before it started getting too harsh. Then I went down to 12mg for awhile but I started sub-ohming so I dropped to 6mg. That's where I am now and that took over a year getting here.:)

I'm impressed with your abilities! Got to admit it would be hard not to do anything you asked ;) I named mine obstinate.

I still run a summer camp for the Rocks. Only costs $300 for 6 weeks and they really seem to enjoy it, hikin, trail ridin, swimming (some have a problem swimming). They are very well chaperoned (only 2 pregnancies in 32 years). PM me for details...:)

Inspects I have been Completely Tobacco free for a little over 6months now and I am making my own juice currently at 15 % nicotine
I could care less about smoking now!!!

I started at 18% when I first guit tobacco for good and started vaping and stayed there for sometime

May I suggest you not try to ween down too much or too fast right now, until you are completely comfortable vaping and no longer having any tobaco cravings whatsoever. Then remain at this level for a few months before even thinking of trying to go lower

this worked for me very well before I started lowing my nicotine level from 18% to 15%, and I have had no withdrawal symptoms whatsoever since I started vaping that were a problem; but remember each person is a little different adjusting. Just keep vaping as best you can and very soon you will never want to have tobacco again or even think about it; Honest! Oh and find a flavor you really like. I like Peach and and have discovered a mix and vape using USA F/A/Flavor Apprentice Juicy Peach flavor can be mixed and vaped at say 15 % flavor sat over night and vaped after mixing and used up until you need more without any seeping

chain vaping to rid the nicotine urge.is fine for now, and until your body adjusts to vaping, dont worry about this for now
If you have to have a cigarette have one but keep vaping as best you can as your body adjusts and you crave vaping

Your fighting a lot of anxiety keep vaping and try to relax AS BEST YOU CAN,

"REMEMBER THIS;

THE FEALINGS YOUR HAVING WILL PASS" !!!
keep saying this to yourself at the worst times

Will consider him signed up, but be aware he can be hard to motivate, and doesn't play well with glass windows. :)
