I have something going on with one of my 30W isticks. As I've built coils I would use it to fire the newly built coils. Now, if I put a tank on it I get no atomizer messages? Did I mess it up using it to fire coils? Thanks!

ETA: I put the same tank on another istick and it's working fine so it's not the tank.

Sometimes in spring-loaded adjustable 510 positive pin assemblies, the spring gets compressed by a longer-than-average 510 and then becomes stuck in the compressed position and won't "spring back." This is why some PV manufacturers still prefer a manually-adjustable pin that screws up and down to a spring-loaded automatic adjustment.

I'm not sure what the fix is for a stuck spring, but you can try using a jeweler's screwdriver or some other similar tool to gently pry up the positive pin and then push on it---again, very gently---a bunch of times (push, then release; push, then release) to unstick the spring. I've had to do that with a couple of my spring-loaded PVs on occasion. So far, it's always worked.

Sounds like the center pins are not making contact...wonder same thing if it's all your tanks on this one 30W, then my guess is the center
pin on 30W is stuck low.

(Note to self, read further into the thread before posting)

Hi 'Stickers! It feels like I've not been here for awhile. Miss me? ;)

So it was the 50W that did the watt-usi?

 I danced at your comment.

May be my tastes will change but for now I'mm old school, lower wats, higher ohms, tight draw, mouth to lung hits. Then again, I've always had a knack for being out of step with what ever is mainstream.

Welcome to my world, tootle puffer.

I've had the silicone cases on 2 of my 3 20W iSticks for about 2 weeks now and wanted to give my review.

I love love love them.

Pros:
They fit like a glove. So good that it takes some work to get them off.
Less slippery in hand. I always feel like the naked one will slip from my hand. Not with this case.
Adds the slightest amount of bulk which I like. I'm may be a tootle puffer but I am still a man and it feels great in my hand. Naked one feels small now.
No more grabbing a cold iStick.
Doesn't slide down car seat when I put it there.
No issues with charging port.
No noise made when I lay it on its side.
Removes the button rattle (I know this may be a con for some )

Con:
Doesn't slide into my shirt pocket as easily as a naked one.

I hadn't given much thought to my silly cones since dressing my 'Sticks with them oh so long ago. The initial concern of "is there going to be lint all over it?" never came to pass. I've been content with their little silly coney dresses and have not taken them off. I think as you do, Elton. I like 'em!

Bookmark "Aroma": Whole Tobacco Alkaloid WTA Eliquid Ejuice (code "ECF" => 10% off)

If you ever get the slightest thought of returning to analogs...I'd suggest getting some WTA ejuice.

DVap noted:

Tobacco dependence is multi-dimensional, and individuals vary in what they “got” from smoking. Numerous anecdotes show that for some people, these non-nicotine alkaloids in tobacco can be just as important as, if not more important than, nicotine. They are part of the mental, psychological, and physical sense of balance/normalcy that many of us got from smoking.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/dvap/642-madame-psychosis-summary-pt-1.html

After 21 months of vaping I was not struggling with nicotine-only ejuices and had NO cigarette cravings. I just decided to try the WTA ejuice on a "whim". (My "usual" ejuice is 12 mg.-nicotine but I ordered their ejuice with 24 mg.-WTA...figuring I could dilute it [if needed] to cut the cost.)

When I got my order I put some (full-strength) in a T3S. After 3-5 minutes of vaping the WTA I was startled to find that the "mental fog"...that I had come to take for granted with vaping--and had gotten use to...lifted. I thought "WOW!!! The Mental Balance that I had always LOVED (and had forgotten about) with cigarettes has returned!!!"

I'm now in my 4th day of 5-10 puffs about every 8 hours (WTA has a long half-life) and I continue to feel totally Clear, Calm and Focused. (A 30 ml. bottle, though kinda' expensive, will last me a LONG time.)

As always...of course...YMMV...

Bravo, gerrymi.

Interesting but unsure, I have just visited the website found it very informative.
Then I had a look at the video's the first one off the rack has a very worrying header! can anyone comment please. Video Reviews
Thanks ( I hope I am not breaking forum Rules)

What am I missing here? Has it changed since you posted this? I don't see a header or an overlay or anything to even smack of "hmmmmm". Do tell?

The most exhaustive studies on tobacco have been carried out by Big Tobacco themselves. RJR knows more about this reviled nightshade than most. Does anyone think that BT will truthfully share everything they know? In fact, the US government knows more about tobacco than is popularly discussed. Have any governmental agencies that are so fond of taxing the hell out of tobacco used proceeds to thoroughly study all of its effects?

Has the almost one TRILLION dollar pharmaceutical industry conducted thorough research into tobacco? I don't actually know about big pharma's involvement on the subject. Since they can't patent natural alkaloids, I can't imagine them sharing what they have learned however.

Knowing all the how's and why's of tobacco would be of great benefit to far more than tobacco users. One might think that this much hated plant mother nature has created, around which hundreds of billions of dollars flows, would be far more thoroughly researched. Perhaps the research has been done. The fruits of said research has not been popularly disseminated nor easily discoverable with a thorough web search however.

Perhaps we should demand answers to these and other questions before governments demand further taxation on "tobacco products". Elected representatives' primary reason for being is to serve their constituents not further tax our already dwindling incomes.

Does the great tobacco conspiracy of the last 30-40 years involve more than simply Big Tobacco companies?

Sorry to ask so many questions on a beautiful Sunday morning. I hope everyone can get outside and start restoring their vitamin D reserves. :)

Such excellent and aldenesque points. Truly some words to ponder and ideas for a continued discussion, hopefully. Thank you for bringing the meat to the meal, hon.

Bolded: Do THEY know that? ;)

When I got my 30w iStick one of my aerotank bases wouldn't fire, which was extremely strange because the 30w has a spring loaded 510. Still worked on my 20w iStick, but I just replaced the base. It had gotten a lot of use and was repeatedly pushed in by my non-spring loaded devices. Prob not what you wanted to hear, but I think my case was unusual.
