Hello all, I'm looking for a fix for my istick 30. The issue I have is the button that fires is getting stuck from time to time, the only fix I've used is banging it on my palm a couple times, anything not so barbaric can help thanks in advance.

I suggest putting a drop of thin viscosity, non-conductive oil on the gap around the button. No more than one drop, then work it around all four sides.

I got my iStick 30w last week and I'm so happy. I've been vaping with my eGos for three years now and altho they still work, I liked the way iStick looked and had to buy one. Best decision ever! It looks good, it gives plenty of power for my Nautilus and it's really easy to use. If it lasts over few months, I'm definitely buying more. :)

@ mortis , is there a specific brand you use

I'm sure any thin viscosity, non-conductive oil should work. I don't know if the one I use is commonly available in the US (I'm in Canada), but I use 'Rustcheck' brand which is most commonly used aftermarket to prevent rust on cars. Likely similar to 'Crown' but haven't used that so can't vouch. I would never be without a can of Rustcheck in the house; its incredibly useful for sooo many things. I even use it to clean and lube pots and switches on high-end audio equipment.

any tutorial available on how to change and re solder the battery's probably?
No tutorials that I know of but you will require a battery with the solder tabs welded on similar to this one here.

Directly soldering anything to the top or bottom of an 18650 battery is just asking for serious personal injury.

I'm with you Sage-Femme. Isn't there a different Forum that could explain all the watts, ohms, etc. I just want to get the pros/cons of a device without having to read about the actual watts, etc. Can anyone direct me to a Forum that tells me if a device is a good buy or a piece of junk? I know this info is necessary for some of you but I have spent the last two days looking for users' opinions on a device. Just give me the goods and keep the "tecky" stuff on another forum for those that are interested. Need "two drinks" after reading all this. (And I don't even drink)!

Which iStick did you have in mind?

I have a couple of each iSticks made, never had a problem with any Sticks.

I've had no problem with the Istick 20s. I bought them around September and I am very happy with them. They came way down in price also. :)
