They have a 90 day warranty. I had one jump to 40w one day.It was almost 90 days old and I got it replaced
I emailed them, but I don't think I have the box. It was a tiny white box, no reason to save. I got it at eciggity, so def have receipt. I guess we will see. Thanks.
Same thing for the serial number, they asked for it, I asked where is it they said "the box".... The one I threw out immediately? Great!
Just found the box!!! Thank you vape gods!! So I should be ok...right?

you can try your vendor or eleaf direct - with receipt and box you should be able to get results as long as you're in the 90-day warranty window

Approximately what percentages of failures of the 30W box are happening Before the end of the 90 day warranty and approximately what percent are happening Afterwards?
Is there any other unit that is the same wattage and about the same size and price? (My quick searching on that doesn't appear to show any that's why I ask.)

there's been very few failures reported for the 30watt

A 90day warranty on a 30w is great. If it dies afterwards then it was only $10 a month. Since I've been coming around here most of the board failures seem to be immediate and longer term, the battery losses.
With a fair amount of user error for each

The Aspire ESP30W, The Heatvape Defender 36W and Cloupour Mini 30W but I would go for the IPV Mini.
Too many choices for 30W devices these days...
And the KangerTech KBOX looks like much more value for your buck over all of those.

I feel like I just stepped the other way again with the G sam and SX 350 I got today. It's rockin some vape!
