eBay and PayPal have creepy rules.
In the United States, you need a doctor's prescription for a nicotine inhaler. Therefore electronic cigarettes are not legal to sell in the U.S. (or something like that.)
Vendors who are based in other countries (China, England, etc.) can get their money via PP because that law doesn't apply to them. (I don't know if there has been any change, but I've used PP for LIberty Flights's U.S. site because the company is actually English.)

It is not illegal to buy or use e-cigs in USA.

Retailers can make some decisions on what merchandise they trade in. Ebay,s stance is illogical, but also their rite.

There Are no national laws restricting e-cig purchase or use at this writing. There are laws of various kinds in specific areas of the country.

WNEW used to play it every turkey day. I have it on my ip-od. It's good for timing long walks. I once set out from work (33rd Street), walked to 23rd (half a mile) before the trial started. Waited for the crosstown bus and got off at 2nd Avenue around "Kid, we don't like your kind." I walked 4 blocks south and arrived at my appointment in time to be urged to "walk in, sing a couple of bars of Alice's Restaurant Massacre, and walk out. Friends, they may think it's a movement."

So, by using it as a timer, I learned I could get from that job to Pilates in only 2 hours, 27 minutes. (That's how long the song is, right?)

A while back I came home from a ciggy run and the song started when I pulled in the driveway. I hadn't heard it in a long time and had to sit in the car until it was over. It sure seemed like a couple of hours.

Back to isticks

It was explained somewhere about another device that a resistance wire heats to a temp at a volts. A pulse device tries to simulate that temp with higher volt pulses, timed to get that temp out of that defined resistance. The better the unit works, the closer to the temp you get. A provari and MVP do a good job. The istick may do better at higher voltwatt settings and not so well at lower volt/watt settings.

This is True.

In fact, I still think there are Some States left that Don't have a Minimum 18 Years or Older Age Requirement for buying e-Cigarettes. Something that I Can't Believe.

But I will leave that to Another Thread.

Like I said, e-Bay used to enforce that you had to Physically Have an Item to Sell an Item.

No item listings policy

Well, I don't want to derail the thread and I've always known about the policy you linked, but that's different than "must have in your possession". That rule is in place because they don't want people selling "spells" or other things that don't even exist (actually, here's how ebay defines it: Items where the value is placed on an intangible factor. For example, listings that offer someone's "soul" or a container that claims to have someone's "soul" are not allowed. ). If they did have a rule against pre-orders (or not having it in your possession at the time), it was at least 10-15 years ago.

Like I said, I Don't Know what the Current e-Bay Policy or Enforcement Level of Auctioning/Buy Now-ing things you don't have in your Possession is.

But I know that this e-Bay Policy was used to Close an Auction I did a few years back for some Rush Concert Tickets that I Didn't Physically have in my Possession.

BTW - There are 2 Members (that I know of) that are having a Problem with an e-Bay seller. I wonder if the seller Sold them Something that they Thought would be in "Any Day Now". But the e-Bay Seller hasn't gotten it?

That is why e-Bay Has/Had a Policy of not being able to Sell something you don't have. So that ECF Members like the Ones here don't get ...... (Rightfully So!) when there Stuff Does arrive when it should.

I guess it depends on how you were going to obtain those tickets. I do know that you can't claim to have something and not have it (if it's a pre-order, you have to say so), so if those 2 members bought something from a listing that implied he had it, then the seller is definitely in the wrong. But pre-orders have been going on for a long time on ebay. Manufacturers, themselves, often use ebay for pre-orders, cause it gets more traffic than their websites.

BTW, Here's their pre-order policy: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/pre-sale.html

OMG, OMG OMG. You went over 3.0 Ohms! LOL

Once again... Just guessing until Phil can Chime In with his Scope. But on Many Chips, if you Try to Go Lower than the Minimum Watts, it Doesn't Error. It just fires at the Minimum Watts.

Not Sure what the iStick Does? But 2.8W is Funny to see.

I'm going to have to Did in the "Bone Yard Box". Because I think I have some 3.5 Ohm Cartos from like 2010.

I was shopping around today trying to find some 3.0 ohm cartos and saw some 4.5 ohm. I didn't even know they made them that high.

Hey I Know.

Maybe Someone could do a 4.0 Ohm Build on their RBA and see what the iStick Displays?

Note: Not Responsible if your iStick Blows Up, Roman Candles, or Bottle Rockets if you do a 4.0 Ohm Build and then you Attach it to Your iStick.

Yeah.. I have seen 4.5 Ohm Cartos. Kinda more for someone with a Stacked Battery Mod. Or I guess a Sub-Watt Vaper.

BTW - I Hereby Claim the Phrase Sub-Watt Vaper on 9-26-14, 7:31 PM PST. All Rights Reserved.
