I have Sweet Complexity coming from vape Wild--how is it? Also, Tiramisu and Strawberries & Cream. Tracking says it cleared Customs Friday-- another successful Canadian smuggling operation :D
How is it? It's one of the best juices I've had. TIRAMISU is better! Don't care for Strawberries but my wife likes S&C. :)

All three of those are great, I'm vaping some Strawberries and Cream right now! I have reordered all of those in bigger bottles, I think you'll be quite happy with them.

I decided to try the 30 watt one out...I just hope the thread situation is worked out. I heard bad stories about the 20 watt version. Anyone have experience with Rocky Mountain Vapor?

They ship really fast, but one of my isticks from had the 510 threads off like many have reported... Sent them a message about an exchange so we'll see how that goes

That's where I got mine from. They shipped the same day and it got all the way across the country in like 2 days

Their shipping was quick and accurate....USPS not so much, were able to delay it a little....

I e-mailed evape about the ego adapters that didn't come with the iStick kits we got from them. It looks better without it, but I got so used to placing my thumb in that gap, that I needed to have one on my 30w. I also want to protect my threads because I kind of haphazardly switch my tanks sometimes when I'm driving. I don't want to accidently crossthread it one of these days.

Evape said they ego adapters were not included in the original listing, but would be included with the kit in the future. Unfortunately, they don't think they will be getting the iSticks in stock for a while because eleaf is having "production issues." Couple that with it being Chinese New Year soon, and the delay will be even longer.

However, if you really want the ego adapter to use with your istick you ordered from them, they would give one to you on your next order if you request it in the special instructions

Another friend of mine wanted an iStick, so I requested and received the ego adapters on my last order. You'll have to spend a certain amount to get free shipping from them, but keep in mind that you get 100 points (equal to $1) if you post a review on their web site.

I put a Vivi Nova BDC with a BVC in it on my 30 and I have to say it performs pretty good for a $6 tank. I didn't use the BDC that came with it and the first BVC I put in it would flood and gurgle. I swapped it with another one and works fine. Freedom Smokes gets 2 thumbs up for shippin and trackin. They even sent me a pm the day it went out for delivery and sent another when it was delivered. I like that.
Yeah, I dealt with them 2 times in the last week or 2 and I had the same (surprised when I got the heads up on the delivery). 'Seem like a great company.:)

Hello all istick users:

I've had my istick since mid October, happily vaping away. First, I want to say I have been happy with the device for the cost and am not here to bash this device in any way. I think it was/is quite a mod at it's price point. When I got this, I did what most suggested when the concerns about power regulation were discussed.... I mostly ignored the display with regard to that. I generally build on an Eleaf Lemo in the 1.6 to 2.0 ohm range, so well within this mod's limitations. (Well mostly.)

I read this thread pretty thoroughly before purchasing, saw Pbusardos video on how the power is regulated, and had / have a basic understanding of ohms law. Somewhere in there I missed the fact that this won't regulate voltage down below it's charged state. So off fresh charge, at 4.2v, it won't step down. At least now I know this.

All of that said, I think I may be encountering some wonky spikes in power delivery, if that makes sense. In the last two weeks, I've been intermittently scorching the heck out of juice....but it is very intermittent. Yesterday I heard the infamous rattlesnaking sound while trying to run a 1.6ohm coil at about 9 watts. Charge was a bit low.

I'm not even sure that I can describe all the weird symptoms but one is that my resistance readings have been going wonky as well. Previously the stick was varying usually by 0.2 ohms, but now it seems will vary 0.4 ohms. It's especially wonky when breaking in a new coil...but that isn't new. It's just the variance has increased. I don't think it's my atomizer / build. It certainly could be, but I'm doing nothing different on my builds really. I suspect the device due to the other symptoms going on.

I don't have a lot of test equipment. I do have a very cheap DMM that has terrible accuracy for resistance. Not sure but I think the voltage reading is ok, but I don't really have a way to test the voltage output on this without an atomizer on it.

Sorry for the very long post. Anyone want to chime in and give me their opinions? Is the chip in my battery taking a dive? I suspect it's now spiking voltage where it hasn't before. It hasn't been dropped or anything new recently. Just acting crazy, and I have scorched a lot of FULL Lemo tanks , so I've wasted a bit of $ in juice.

I'm now setting the power, ALL the way down. If I trust the istick display I am vaping a 2.4 ohm coil at 4.9W (3.4v) with plenty of vapor. I built this atty at 2.0...and am confident of that. I'm aware it's probably putting out 4.2 volts......and maybe by keeping the settings very low I am avoiding the power spikes I think I am getting.

Lately, I can be taking a draw for 3-5 seconds, and it seems like I suddenly get a huge voltage spike near the end of my draw. All the sudden I hear sizzling at the end. The vape tastes fine in the beginning then suddenly gives me a horrible burned hit at the end.

Anyone else had theirs start acting similarly who's been using it a while? Should I stop using this? I think I am still safely operating within the limitations of the device but wasting good juice with lots of scorching has be about ready to retire it's use.

Hi Bored2Tears- When I first received mine all was fine for the first 2 weeks. then I had the same problem you are having. How I fixed it was to run watts all the way down, take a hit, then run watts all the way up, take a hit, then back to your sweet spot. It worked fine after that.

Interesting. Does that process "reset" the chip in a sense? Or what do you think that does for it?

Anyone got any shipping notices for their 50's yet?

None here. I have two ordered from VapeNW.com and nothing yet. I was at my local B&M yesterday and the owner was saying his shipment should be in by end-use of this upcoming week. And this is a large 2 store operation and they've a few 100 on order direct from the manufacturer (or distributor). Lots of online retailers are estimating Feb 5th too. I'm thinking us that ordered online will see them Early Feb most likely.
