I"m going to open mine up to take a look- I'm thinking there"s a tiny "Mr Fusion" in there.

Yep, you didn't see Rip Green while Outdoors review? He took one apart an indeed there was a tiny nuclear reactor that just need it's tiny little fuel rods heated with 5v 500 - 1000 mah every once in a while. Sweet little device. :vapor:

Sweet Vapes has the Subtank o-rings in red and black.
$1.49 for the 3 piece set
Includes:
1 Top Glass O-Ring
1 Bottom Glass O-Ring
1 Airflow O-Ring
1 Zip Bag

O-ring for the nano airflow is red. It does not show from the outside.

3pc Subtank O-Rings

I was kinda on the fence till they threw in the zip bag. :)

I been doing a battery life comparison using the iStick 50 and the Vapor Shark rDNA 40.

Using both mods set at 20 watts, one on the right side of my desk, one on my left side, taking turns hitting each one both with the same Kanger tanks, same coils. The battery just went dead in the Vapor Shark, the battery is slightly more than 3/4's on the iStick.

No difference whatsoever in the subtank performance from either mod, both exactly the same.

Paid almost $200 bucks for the VS, paid $45 bucks for the iStick(s).

Its a no brainer to buy a half a dozen iSticks compared to the high priced mods now available.

Anyone paying ridiculous prices, thinking the expensive mods have to be really good are nutty.......:D

Including myself......:D

While I agree with your - Expensive mods are not needed comment, I find it a Matter of preference. I prefer not to spend a lot on one device.

I also have to disagree with your Battery test as I doubt you found a 4400Mah Battery to place in the Vapor Shark.
Not only that, the iStick is actually running 2 cells, not one Big Cell.

I feel Eleaf has made some excellent improvements over the introductory iStick 20 but I have no regrets with the devices I chose to purchase during the Void.:)

I can second that I've been using a stacked zmax v3 for over a year &1/2 and it blows away all the previous provari's In all categories. And it only cost me 40.00 too!

I've got a 'humble' Sigelei Legend (the v2, no need to shake it to enter the menu......:)) and it raves everything with stacked 18350 batteries, even if they are really old ones (just being IMR's), you just need to remember its power limitation of 'just 15W'......

.... well, mostly enough for me, and I've got a bunch of 18350's to burn down.

But for any other need (outdoors), the iStick (so far, just the 20W!). That and a pair of eGo's or a mechanical as backup, and I'm happy for an entire day long!

I'm trying to help a friend get an istick 30watt as cheaply and quickly as possible - can anyone tell me the best deal going right now and if there is a coupon code for the deal? I saw a deal for Rocky Mountain Vapor 30 Watt for $39. and mention of a $5 coupon code - anyone know the code and if it still works? Sorry to be lazy, it was so many pages back I'm not sure if there is a valid coupon to keep looking for. Thanks so much!

Rocky Mountain Vapor use coupon code forum to get 15% off bring total to $32.30 to your door

it should still be working....

OK, I didn't know it depended on the ohm's, I thought I could just jack it up to 10 volts just like turning it up to 50 watts. Duh, thanks for the info, used to using a mech mod.

You're gonna feel like a big shot now then. lol...........Much better device

And you are welcome.

I don't mean to preach, but if you're gonna run 0.4 ohm coils, it behooves you to learn Ohm's Law well enough to do the calculations in your sleep.

Just received the silicone sleeve from sweet-vapes.

I gotta tell ya... there isn't an istick that shouldn't have one of those on it. It adds no bulk, quiets the button issue and makes it feel really high-end and solid. Not to mention the extra protection.

Best $4 you will spend, guys.

+1!! I couldn't agree more. I have them on all of my 20's, and have another on order to go on my 30W. I LOVE the silicone cases. Just adds so much "grippability" to the sticks! I've got one on my eGrip as well.
